That San Andreas stream yesterday was great. He does this little two minute rant about how much better of a gamer he's gotten since he played the game in 2013; people are going to be mad because he's not having any fuck ups -- then he proceeds to fail the next (and the easiest) Catalina mission like 7 time in a row.

Now you just suck in direct capture fam. That's the only shit that's changed.

is dsp playing kingdom come? after watching some other admittedly funnier people playing it i feel like it'd be a good match for him
 
He's skipping it because "a bunch of people" (probably one person) told him it was buggy and wouldn't fit his style of commentary. He also didn't hear about it until a week before release, so he claimed some shit about the hype being fake or something. I don't remember exactly what retarded logic he used.

I mean salsa can be anything honestly, it's just "sauce", but the above might just qualify as "garnishment" more than a salsa. It honestly just looks like pineapple, red-pepper and cucumber (for some reason; different strokes I guess). And not to give the guy credit (because that looks like a bad salsa), but you can absolutely have a chunky salsa like that. It honestly looks incredibly dry, but it's not unheard of:

Well I'll be damned. Cucumbers. I suppose. However whatever the soulmaid made is clearly lacking in what what that recipe calls for: some liquid or juice of some sort. At least some parsley to give it a freshness on the tongue. I doubt there's even any lemon squeezed on any of that.

Largely because the Encyclopedia Dramatica article is inaccurate (which isn't surprising) I've created a thread which is a bit more of an article discussing some of the commonly held things about DSP, detractors, Sons of Kojima and supporters. Its still hugely a work in progress, but if anyone can provide information it would help a lot in making sure there is a more accurate "story" surrounding DSP:

The TLDR is that the ED article has been the target of massive edit wars relating to some transgender person and many of the things about the SoK are probably quite distant from the truth.

It's pretty telling when the first reply is "OTHER TWITCH STREAMERS DO IT!", which is not accurate, nobody tries to #savethehouse like this with amorphous tax bills.
Then the second angle is "DSP already explained it". Then why can't you say it again while you camp in the forums?
It's like they know the given reason is bullshit, and they can't even explain it for risk of poking holes in Phil's story later when people present the archive of their explanation. So the disciples of Phil all just talk like him - go in, guns blazing, call everyone nudniks, then claim the alleged nudniks were hostile from the start.

I doubt this poster was going to donate, but the reality is that this type of shit is exactly what undermines Phil ever appearing as a sympathetic figure... which is what he's going to need to be if the begging streams are going to have (limited) longevity without the already diminishing whales.

Didn't he also say something like it was in development hell since it took 4 years to make so that must mean it sucks? Guess we can just add "development hell" to phrases Phil uses but doesn't understand. That and the fact he tries to be a contrarian and blows every bad game stuck in development hell that has come out in the past decade like Duke Nukem and Mighty Number 9.

Someone just astutely pointed out that Roomba 2.0 has to stick with Overwatch because Phil likely has very few games in his possession aside from what he's currently playing and what he hasn't gotten around to deleting off his hard drive.

If I were a supporter of Phil's I wouldn't give another dime until he showed evidence for him needing more money for muh taxes. He's really toeing the line with this "Charity/Fundraiser stream" shit. IRS doesn't ask money without sending you paperwork. Show me that statement saying you owe however many dollars.


As for the live in maid playing other games, if she is on PS4 then she can download the same games he has already bought by putting his account on her system. If I remember correctly you can have your account on a couple different systems. Barring that, on PC she can play steam games which are on sale right now.

I laughed at snort burnells most recent vid with how greedy, dumb, and naive phil is. He has a 10$ credit for xbox one things. Then claimed he would probably never use it. And cant think of anything soon he would use it on

Could have done a give away to his subs and people who give him $. But he is too greedy and the thought NEVER crossed his mind...... has he ever done a give away that wasnt empty game cases? That is the only give away I can remember, like giving the game case of dark souls and shit like that


The way he worded it was that he didnt redeem it in the way where he couldnt give it away.

That depends on the game. From what I understand, there are a select few that forbid a download to more than one console at once. I recall seeing a few PS3 games like that some years ago.
