The whole bullycide thing gets even more tasteless when you realize the option is called "Offer help" (Alex even zoomed the words so it's intentional). In other words, the game is implying that you're "helping" the victim by making them kill their harasser.

And i know it might sound like i'm stretching here but remember that Alex has a fucked up sense of "justice", when that innocent blog person was getting death threats from his fans, he did nothing because "they deserve it".

Alex is the kind of guy who thinks school shooters did nothing wrong.

This may be a bit TL;DR, but I just finished watching a video that made me realize (again) just how awkward and juvenile Alex is.

I was watching a video by a streamer I follow about another yandere game, because I'm a sucker for the concept. The difference is that the other game seems to get that the whole idea is a bit 3edgy5me and leans into it with some self-awareness, instead of going "MUH REALISM" like Alex always does. And despite that, it feels a lot more grounded than YanSim, with its "Trade panty shots for information" mechanic and such.

But the thing that got me was that when I looked it up, this is an actual porn game. As in it's one of those VNs where you can add a patch and see the characters bang. And the sex in it still makes me way less uncomfortable than YanSim.

For example, both games have a "sexy guidance counselor" character for the yandere to get paranoid about. But seriously, just look at them side by side:

Remember this is also the guy who made the substitute teacher who wants to seduce Senpai and only backed off slightly after his young fans got upset. Alex wants to jam every one of his fetishes into YanSim, even though it was allegedly supposed to be a Hitman-style game and he keeps wanting it to be taken seriously. The result is creepy and over-sexualized, even when compared to an actual sex game.

TLDR: Yandere Simulator is sexualized in a creepier way than actual porn.

Conceptually, this could have all worked beautifully as a satire. If the point of the game was to play an outsider in a generic Seinen harem anime who kills all the suitors, the oddly over sexualized hyper fantasy waifus would almost be considered genius by some people. The problem lies in the fact that this is allegedly a serious project that reflects the personal tastes of the creator.
If only Alex wasn’t so fucking exceptional

On a different note, Alex has done something good in his life and got me interested in coding, so that I may do it better than him at one point.

The fact that Alex relies on if then statements makes it fairly easy to surpass him. A game this big should be using more advanced functions.

Posted 4 Days ago. This right here continues to show that he literally makes up game mechanics on the flow and has no form of script for Yandere Simulator whatsoever. I refuse to believe he even has a semblance of an actual storyline, especially with placeholder bitch being a test subject for stupid edge shit. Why bother giving her voiced lines? What's wrong with using Kokona for that shit in spite of it being redundant? Is it because you can't figure out how to remove placeholder-chan without breaking your shit spaghetti code? Why bother with aesthetic fixes if they aren't your fucking assets and you claim they're "placeholders"? I've never seen a "developer" suck this hard at basic shit, it's mind boggling.

The people that made Crush Crush added her in the game, gave her a personality, and made her interesting in the fact she actively threatens your other love interests. A Hentai game actually made his character better.

Yandere Simulator is a Crush Crush fangame. Though the fact that someone managed to make Yandere-chan a better character than her creator does speak volumes on how poorly Alex makes characters. At this point, Yandere Simulator is basically Alex's Sonichu, stolen ideas and zero originality.
