Ok, so having gone through all of the autism within I have come up with a conclusion of sorts of what actually lead to the downfall of the SoK.
Whether you're posting on here or Twitter, or you're engaged in a Skype call or Podcast, whether you're taking a photograph you are still communicating. However, words do not travel well when they cross mediums. So words spoken on a podcast do not travel well to words spoken on a YouTube video which do not travel well to words written on an autistic Twitlonger.
The "anti DSP userbase" was actually
large in size.
It's he/she said on YouTube/Twitter/Podcast/TKOH/KF/ED x 500.
All this really is, is a failure to communicate and it probably explains why users were able to use this difficulty in communication as an easy target (most likely unknowingly taking advantage of it).
Even for simple situations where the word "cunt" is used, you have a chain of 5000 different Tweets which means its extremely easy for not only misinformation but extreme confusion to spread.
Twitter is
terrible for this because its 160 characters in length and because usernames are temporary in nature.
Podcasts are
terrible for this because they're never transcribed at any length.
It's like looking at an argument over SMS messages (which were previously limited to 160 characters) involving 1000 people, its going to have fundamental flaws regardless of the intentions of the people participating because 160 character messages are for morons.
That Samxbyrne wasn't even mentioned a single time on the whole of Kiwifarms despite their obvious involvement in many sagas is a great indication of this issue and its something that comes up in the DSP megathread every day. People retell the same stories without referencing the source every 20 pages.

Basically, if this were the roman empire and they used Twitter and Podcasts to communicate they would've collapsed. By some opinions communication was actually a problem endemic to the fall of the Roman empire.
By having free communication which has no real cost when it comes to participation its very easy to exacerbate the levels of autism that are present.
Case closed.
(I may be presenting an interesting solution that may work around these issues in the near future in relation to this forum but I will leave that for later)
