The Sam-Cycle has literally gone full circle, only this time Sam has tried to raise PAs in Facebook groups as opposed to r/gamergate. And it's this cycle that Sam shall live for eternity, until the end of time.

I've monitored that group for a few years, and so much autistic shit has gone down.

Way back when there was a female owner of the page. I can't remember her name, but she did a stream with Ralph over why she was passing ownership to someone else. The ownership went to a tranny called Tara, and all was good for a while.

Suddenly people were getting deleted for no reason, the group went down in flames and everyone was making threads on KiA (http://archive.is/Fbnvz). TL;DR a spliter group called GG ultras run by a mentally unstable neo-nazi retard started screenshotting shit on that group and being a massive edgelord. Tara couldn't handle it, and nuked the group.

After an autistic campaign on KiA a new group was made that didn't involve trannys who can't do their job.

I do as well. I don't think he really understands how powerful the First Amendment is. There was some extremist anti-abortion group that posted pictures of abortion providers in the form of wanted posters. Some lone wolf crazy killed a person on that list, and the state tried to prosecute them as well as the shooter. @AnOminous can correct me, but I think it was thrown out on First Amendment grounds, and it went all the way up to SCOTUS and they ruled it was protected free speech. So if that's covered, making fun of morons is probably safe as well.

Sorry, but you're misremembering that case. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the posters an illegal threat and ordered them to pay damages, then the Supreme Court denied certiorari.

This was a 9th Circuit case. The District Court of Oregon issued a verdict against the site, the Nuremberg Files, which was initially overturned by a panel of the Ninth Circuit, but later reinstated after en banc rehearing by a larger subset of the Ninth Circuit. The Supreme Court declined to hear it. There are three dissents to the final ruling in the case.

The ruling was that the site contained true threats issued with the intention and likelihood that they be carried out. (I'm with the dissent, particularly Kozinski's dissent.)

I wouldn't look too much into it, Sam is just fucking terrible at analyzing a situation. Like that autistic kid who regularly punches his mother and can't see why its wrong to do so.

The truth is, no one can be bothered to fight the shit he comes out with. Maybe if some britbong sold their bitshekels and took him on in court, he might actually shut up. But every possible outcome is just a massive waste of money.

UK libel and slander law pretty much says "its illegal if the person making the accusations didn't have reasonable doubt to someones character". The thing is, we have an extensive amount of evidence that Sam is everything in this thread title and more. This includes archived sites which pre-date KF including someone on TMZ saying he got proper fucking weird around Amy Lee and said some questionable things. There's also that juicy news story where he accused a political party of being worse than a baby killer, so Sam doesn't exactly have a fucking stellar record.

Remember that multiple people have offered a platform for him to speak and allow that reasonable doubt to come to rest, but he constantly refuses or escapes that. Sam only won the lawsuit because LikeICare and Dynastia couldn't be bothered to waste their time and money to go to britbong land for a couple hours, present their evidence and the judge to say "Sam you so crazy".

With Sam its a case of "who wants to pay a lot of money to shut him up".
