Honestly, phil haven't "treated" me bad in any way. In regards to my ban he said something in the lines of this being because I had interacted with you guys. And that they had implemented the new TOS to ban me before it ever came in to effect which was ridiculous.i have a question for you (has nothing to do with his ban): do you still support phil after what he has done and how he has treated you?
Let's just say I was maybe more of a canary in the coal mine, and he didn't take it all that seriously thinking It was my own fault or that I had done something wrong. I will concede that I think phil have skirted the TOS of twitch a few times. And if you want to interpret them literally probably at some points broke them. But in my honest opinion I don't think twitch used to care. And that the rules are so extensive that people break them every day. However if you have enough good boy points you get let of the hook.
It seems their policy may have actually changed. And I think their reason for their change is because they want more control over what and who they allow on their site. If they make up a bunch of bullshit rules where it even extends outside of their site they can get rid of you easy. They have more then enough users and streamers and this way they can sort of trim of the fat if you understand what I am saying. You either have to hire a bunch of people to police trolls and troll magnets and foster those types of communities or you just get rid of them.
