i have a question for you (has nothing to do with his ban): do you still support phil after what he has done and how he has treated you?
Honestly, phil haven't "treated" me bad in any way. In regards to my ban he said something in the lines of this being because I had interacted with you guys. And that they had implemented the new TOS to ban me before it ever came in to effect which was ridiculous.

Let's just say I was maybe more of a canary in the coal mine, and he didn't take it all that seriously thinking It was my own fault or that I had done something wrong. I will concede that I think phil have skirted the TOS of twitch a few times. And if you want to interpret them literally probably at some points broke them. But in my honest opinion I don't think twitch used to care. And that the rules are so extensive that people break them every day. However if you have enough good boy points you get let of the hook.

It seems their policy may have actually changed. And I think their reason for their change is because they want more control over what and who they allow on their site. If they make up a bunch of bullshit rules where it even extends outside of their site they can get rid of you easy. They have more then enough users and streamers and this way they can sort of trim of the fat if you understand what I am saying. You either have to hire a bunch of people to police trolls and troll magnets and foster those types of communities or you just get rid of them.

ok, but what about my question? do you still (financial) support him?

god I can’t unsee how big a disaster the goatee is. Dude needs an old fashioned barber to fix that stat. It does speak to his lack of hand eye coordination though. If he can’t shave he certainly can’t play twitch lighting or shooting games at any level of real skill.
His goatee makes it look like the only thing he uses is car for is sucking on the exhaust pipe.

More then you will never know.

In case you can't tell, Vidar is probably being sarcastic. The raging hard on people get when anyone throws Phil money is one of the prime reasons they keep doing it. It's hilarious watching people lose their shit over 50 cent cheers.

Anyway, this isn't the thread to discuss Vidar and what he may/may not do when it comes to DSP's streams. This is the thread talking about Phil's current Twitch suspension.

@tomstone the BSV thread is a better place to talk about that or the DSP megathread when its reopened.

.

You act like thats a credit to him. Of course he's not going to waste any energy on you if he doesn't have to. You haven't slighted him but you've stopped being useful to him. So for everything you've done you're back to being a stranger who may as well never have existed as far as he is concerned.

God I take a DSP break after the Boon shit got exposed and I come back to one of the biggest shitstorms ever. All of his screaming "TWITCH WON'T EVER TOUCH ME THEY DON'T CARE" has been completely thrown out the window and I actually never thought this day would come. Bitch gotta tread lightly from here on out, and we all know he's gonna find some hilariously stupid new way to fuck up next.

Not gonna lie; I was rather amused when Phil got slapped with this. I remember when he did his going away stream at the CT Kahndo years ago and he broke rules by using entire segments from movies during it and everything and getting away with it due to poor enforcement. So seeing him finally getting some form of punishment was cathartic as all hell to that little A-log running around in my brain.

I can definitely see him cockroaching exactly like LTG though if he gets banned though, so this won't stop him. He'll leapfrog from account to account, and use YT and Paymetons as his other sources. He also will still have the dozen or so NEET hillbillies he inducted into his cult to bleed themselves for their pig god, so it's still gonna be a slow burn.

Still, you know he'll forget/fuck this up more due to his malignant personality. He can only avoid this by going full Fakesydephil and I don't think he can hold himself to that for so long.

It could plausibly be a copyright-related suspension, but there's no real indication of what has happened here. Streaming games/music without rights to do so is just as DMCA-worthy as it is on YouTube.

See though, the difference between LTG and DSP though in this regard. LTG doesn't do this for a living. LTG has a job, he has a life outside of youtube.

If DSP went back to youtube after getting kicked off of Twitch, it would be a horrible time for him. Look at it this way, yes you can 'sponsor' youtubers, but Super Chat takes a lot bigger cut than Twitch I believe. And I'm pretty sure there is no 'gift sponsoring'. Not to mention youtube will yank Super Chat away in a heartbeat, and they probably won't put up with his 'quality khantent.'

Needless to say, tomorrow maybe glorious, it might not, can't wait to watch the twitter feed as it happens.

I'm going off the fact he hasn't mentioned it and explicitly says he'll be back tomorrow. If this was a perma-ban he would be making a massive deal out of this. Twitch is his primary source of income and he's planning a beg-a-thon soon.

>talking about the situation would just make it worse, and won't clear up anything nor make anything better

Holy fuck. Did Phil just have a moment of clarity?

He needs time to think of a way to spin this if at all. He does it all the time. He'll evade an embarrassing topic and ban people who bring it up, then he'll come up with a vague explanation, then a polished explanation that is often completely different will surface and continue changing in detail or sometimes to something else completely over time making him look better and the other side worse and worse.
