Kinda interesting honestly, I haven't looked at any of the usual posts that show how much he's pulled in this month, it's probably good just not for someone with his expenses. He always finds a way to survive so I'm not going to think things are going to crumble around him, but again, it is very interesting that a hugely advertised event like this is such a bust for him. He mentioned how he never got large sums of money from specific individuals in the past, but it's pretty clear his main whales disappearing (shocking I know) has had a big impact on him for things like this.

Again, if he were being 100% true and ahnest, he should be royally fucked after this, but his paypigs will conveniently not notice that it's business as usual in the coming months

OR, maybe the flock have kinda wizened up (optimistic) and the reason it's a failure is because they aren't buying the narrative that he's fucked financially and needs thousands to pay his taxes (payment plans don't exist dood) when he's just flown in his new maid and she's buying new consoles in the same week.

Well he will most likely make about 3k on twitch this month if lucky but its not looking good at all.

I think a factor into the whole lack of donations, not the only factor but a pretty significant one is the fact that the last fundraiser was meant to be for taxes owed and then its revealed that he doesn't know how much he needs so 2k is an odd choice and then its revealed that he doesn't owe them until April then all of a sudden Kat moves in and he talks about how grateful he is people donated to let her move in and I'm sure DSP fans were like "Huh? Well, I got tricked. Fuck this."

He probably made a mistake talking about how he has to pay more taxes because of how much he got for the last fundraiser, thus the need for another one. Who's gonna give him money if it's only gonna ultimately result in him having to ask for more money to cover what they gave him haha. Dude doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut and not shoot himself in the foot...

Phil whining because nobody is giving him money so that he can interact with them what a scumbag, I'm actually glad this stream blew up in his face, by his own doing, as things usually do. He was genuinely thinking he would pull in thousands today.

Like, I don't watch too many Twitch guys, but something I've noticed when I have is that the smallest to the largest will interact with their chat, Phil's the only one I've seen that will literally ignore everything someone says until someone pays him to respond, unless of course they're saying something that makes him look less than great, then it's ban time.
