Phil and "thought" do not co-exist. If he was as smart as he claimed then he would play games that made him rage. I said this in the "legit criticism" thread but to re-emphasize, he needs to embrace he is a lolcow and play games that make him rage.

Hell, this shit works for a lot of streamers especially Tyler1. That fucker is knows how to milk an audience while being shit at games to the max.

He is too stubborn though to admit he is the court jester and will continue to fall. Again, GG.

I think a large part of Phil's problem is that not so long ago he had a healthy count of new subscribers. He could almost afford to piss off long time contributors because new suckers were always coming in to replace anyone that left. He's not getting the new paypigs in and it's starting to show. KGs, Vidars, Jezals... suckers like these are coming in at an ever decreasing rate for him.

Just to point out that "2018 tax season" means a quarterly payment for his federal taxes. So its 4 payments, not one.

His state taxes will have a payment interval decided by the state government, it could monthly, quarterly or annually (that's not the case with backtaxes).

So even if he manages to pay the taxes due in April, that still means he has 3 other payments to sort out later on. And if he's struggling for April then its hard to see him not struggling with the other payments.

Most Twitch streamers today cannot sustain an audience less than 1k subs and be full time streamers. The subs aren't the main driving force but being able to show a continuous support of the stream through shoutouts encourages others to sub/donate. Without that, you're dead in the water.

I'm honestly surprised he has lasted as long as he has. There are other streamers that average Phil's viewers but still can't survive off of their fans. He had everything in the palm of his hands but the fucked it up by not keeping his big payers interested.

Rate this optimistic, but I will be shocked if Phil makes it 2019. He has apparently maxed out his credit cards, his paytree-in is drying up faster than ever, and Twitch has already chimed the ban hammer in his direction. He's only 36 and I don't think Phil has planned on retirement this early. 10 months to go, I don't think he will make it this time. Not to mention we've seen his largest paypigs exit stage left: BSV, King Jezel, that other dude...

He is starting to realize how much him not being able to mention the fundraiser buzz word is starting to hurt him. He is starting to get irritable with chat because they are not giving money because of not seeing his begging. He will soon lose more money and get more angry with each stream. This cycle will cause the cult to start rotting from within the core. We will finally get the Qwuallity Khantent as Phil will start to lose his mind.

Maybe its time to bust out the "health issue" as a last ditch effort for pity donations? I think he knows right now he's exhausted "my taxes" and the paypigs aren't dumb enough to be fooled twice after realising all their money went to Kat moving in and not taxes.

You can really tell what kinda Khwality of a stream Phil is having when weirdo PapaLou is one of the few "bright spots" of it.........in any other famous streamer's stream Papalou would have been long gone without anybody noticing

I think Phil's saga technically won't have a definitive end to it. He's a cockroach, so he'll be around playing games poorly then uploading them unedited for years. Yes his mistakes and poor decisions are starting to catch up with him more than they already had been, but he'll keep pathetically limping along like he always has.

Now I admit the specter of him getting fully banned from Twitch by year's end is more likely than any previous point, but even that won't be the end of him. Like I said in a post hundreds of pages ago, Phil's saga has ends, but no end. Losing Machinima, losing Leanna, those were the season finales of Phil's little sitcom lolcow show, but not the series finale. Think of it as a song that doesn't stop, but rather has a chorus that slowly fades off until silence; that's Phil and his lolcow saga. To add on to this autistic metaphor -- his paypigs, a-logs, and spergs like us who laugh at him and give attention to his retarded life are the ones who keep rewinding the last part of the song every 5 seconds.

tl;dr y'all being :optimistic: thinking this time he's not gonna recover and make it another year
