Greta Gustava Martela / Kjel Anderson & Nina Chaubal / Niraj Chaubal - Stole $350k+ from Trans Lifeline, kill count of 2+ from negligence, Founders of Sisterwood/La Zorra.

I've just been reading through TLL's foundation documents and they were in violation of their own bylaws when they were formed. It's something which their lawyer - who was also a board member - should have picked up.

Here we see that Greta is named as both President/Chairperson and Secretary

Here we see that their bylaws prevent the Secretary from concurrently serving as President/Chairperson

Does this actually do anything, or is it just more evidence of hypocrisy?

It's pretty meaningless but it indicates that the board was sloppy from the beginning. It should have been picked up, though. It's such a standard clause that the DoJ should have picked it up, too (they did pick up an error in dates).

This letter is also curious. It suggests that complete information wasn't provided to the government in a timely manner, which is pretty consistent with the "just do it and worry about the details later" attitude Nina and Greta seem to take towards any kind of authority.

Buried within their founding documents, I found this correspondence. Their tax exempt status *is* revoked automatically if they don't file for 3 consecutive years, so they need to file at least their 2016 shit in the next 12 months.

They could do it hydroponically and greatly reduce their reliance on water.
Alternatively, they could maybe even try to grow another, more profitable crop if they're really crazy.

That's the whole purpose of Troontown. They even founded another corporation with the express purpose of violating federal law by growing marijuana. This while Pajeet is still awaiting deportation.

I hope this means that TLL is left to die or that Wolfcave (lol) turns it around. Either way, the death of TLL in its current form is a net good for the transcommunity. Though these threads have very nearly turned me into a TERF, I still recognize that there are sincere people who experience gender dysphoria and need help with the very real problems such a mental state causes. Many people cannot afford therapy - even insurance copays can be a bitch to come up with and most people with mental illness are not rolling in cash.

Such people do not need to think that TLL is an option to help them when they are down, only to call and never get an answer. Or be hung up on because they didn't meet the transer-than-thou criteria Greta set up for worthy callers. The mindless mimetic politics of the SJW cults means that no one can call out a fellow trans (unless that trans raped you, then by all means denounce away) so they were unlikely to weed their own garden for fear of being shouted down and ostracized themselves. And that meant Greta and her pet monster could prey on them all while being promoted by the likes of Miley Cyrus and Chelsea Clinton. Now maybe the line will go away or it will be revitalized as something that does its job. Either way today's news has been great for the transcommunity, whether or not they can ever admit it to themselves.

Long live La Zorra.

You can have a single person serving as Secretary/Treasurer, but those are the only officers that can be combined. Also, a President can't legally draw a salary. A board member can, and an Executive Director can, but officers can't. They can lose their IRS determination if they do that.

There are two kinds of determination... State is easy. That is just filing. IRS is more difficult. If a non-profit breaks the law, it's called piercing the corporate veil- which means that the board members and officers are personally responsible for any lawsuits involving the shady dealings of the non-profit.

If monkey business was going on, the TLL people in Canada might have gotten advice from their legal counsel letting them know that they would be personally responsible for illegal activities by TLL US. Just closing down the non=profit and throwing their hands up wouldn't solve the problem. The board members and officers could lose their own houses and money.

If illegal activities have already occurred, there's nothing they can do to change that. All they can do it get rid of the crooks and try to sweep everything under the rug. Firing the crooks and telling them to keep their mouths shut or the non-profit will sue them is the best way to do that. But this is all theoretical.

Someone's left or been kicked from the Sisterwood working group. It's had 58 members for a few weeks now, despite a new person being added a couple of days ago.

Maybe we can encourage this entire group to move there by doxing them all

Greta's been saying there'll be a Sisterwood fundraiser soon since last year. I suspect that was on hold pending the outcome of Nina's court appearance and that the only reason they officially left on the date they did was so they could both get paid for February.

Plenty of their donors thought they did an OK job with TLL, so they're not necessarily going to assume Sisterwood will end badly. They're marketing it as a few different things (not the least of which is a refuge for homeless trans people), so I expect they will get some initial donations.
The difficulty, IMO, is that TLL was much more attractive to donors. Sisterwood does have the homeless thing going on, but everything else sounds like a mess. It’s an art space, it’s a coffee shop, it has a space programme. That’s before we’ve got on to the gun-toting survivalist and drug factory aspects. And whatever it is, it’s in the middle of nowhere - how are homeless troons supposed to get there?

Maybe I’m biased, but if I was the kind of person who was inclined to donate to trans causes, I’d just keep donating to TLL.

I think the pendulum is starting to swing back on trans causes. Looking at the Katie Charm and Assigned Male threads, it appears that people are becoming less afraid to ask questions about certain trans women’s behaviour. Which, if the trans community is to progress, they need to do. They can only be held back by the tendency to mindlessly defend every layabout, mooch and sexual abuser in a dress, and the saner elements are realising that.

Confirmation that TLL has not reported for the 2015, 2016 and 2017 financial years. Failure to report for three consecutive years can lead to revocation of their charitable status. I don't know if that happens automatically as it does here, but it's worth keeping an eye on.

Edit : I've found their 990-EZ for 2015, so it's only 2016 and 2017 for which they haven't filed.

Highgarden has been set up as a mutual benefit non-profit. They usually rely on fees from members and/or income producing activity rather than donations from the public and donations to them aren't tax deductible.

It's not clear yet how much legal separation there's going to be between Highgarden and Sisterwood. There are pros and cons to keeping the two entities separate.

Yet, the illegal alien is connected to Highgarden.

This doesn't seem terribly wise, but these two troons are incredibly arrogant. They've gotten away with breaking the law so long they feel they're immune to it.

By more profitable crop, I mean something like certain cacti, poppies, or maybe just a drug lab.

Would you mind giving the people like me who don't follow those threads an overview of what makes you think so?

Will the call problem be solved by new management?

It's run by the Troon, for the Troon.

I doubt it will. Even if they pick up, do everything, get the tard on it's feet, it will just have another crisis when it runs out of pitybux like Richard Jones does. Better to avoid the whole mess and not answer, really.

I bet that’s a real problem for TLL, not the not answering the phones part, but people calling for “help” not because they are on the verge of killing themselves.

Giving the population in question, particularly from the ratking subpopulation, id say people calling because they got evicted or just want someone to whine too makes up at least as much of their calls as people with razor blades at their wrists.

Thinking of people like Fire, who seemed to try to call TLL all the time to be his on-call therapist until he got sick of never getting an answer.
