I've been thinking about this for a while -- why are The King of Weight forums even open to the public? Plenty of discussion boards operate just fine as closed communities (INTJforums, Metafilter). Make it subs-only or Patrons-only since it's already defacto paywalled, and the only other people who want to sign up are inevitably trolls, shit-stirrers, and Kiwis.

Longtime fans but no-longer-paying users like KG can be grandfathered in, naturally.

Phil unable to whine and rant about something (fake copywrite strikes, fake taxes, not appearing in search algorithms because of his own actions) is a poor Phil - he needs this drama to milk the paypigs. His twitch suspension might not have crippled him as a perma-ban would have, but it's definitely clipped his wings now he's unable to beg.

The totally not a fundraiser showed that when left alone and without drama he can pin on detractors, Phil is unbearably dull. Relying solely on his own personality and providing 'entertainment' will be his undoing.
