While I disagree with the sentiment in this statement, I do believe that the browniegate incident doesn't wipe away the work from some of the other great finds that Neger provided. Also, just because browniegate broke the way it did, doesn't mean that I would refute the DM twitter material. I honestly believe, since content is typically provided by amateur detectives (not in an insulting tone), the degree of certainty we put into anything should be short of factual. Ride the 'tism wave and watch the show, but don't jump into the water.

I get that people get excited by things which are kept private but its really not that exciting or groundbreaking. That side of things is really not breaking news so as much as I'd like to just tell you everything it wouldn't actually add much to the story. All it'd do is prove the credibility of the information posted and nothing else.

There's some dumb ancient chinese proverb about looking at the hand that points to the moon. That's basically what people are doing. You're focusing on the finger and not the moon:

6. The next day people are still asking about it. "FINE. I'll address it. Here's why I did nothing wrong. Idiots. Morons. Dumbfucks. Not addressing again."
7. Fans are content with that. Continue to "interact" with Phil.
8. Life continues, until Phil fucks up again.

I feel like people are getting too tied up in the who and missing the forest for the trees. If this is real shit then it explains why Phil has no problem going on a rant about how "I don't flag videos, I don't watch detractor content." He has fans on the slaveroll. The major development here is that they don't do it on their own, and because of some sense of duty to the piglord. It's because he instructs them to. A man who spends HOURS per day watching wrestling and netflix till about 5 am can't do a youtube search for Darksydephil or TIHYDP and filter by upload date? If he were smart he would make another acount and start subbing to every detractor channel that pops up. That would also help as all of the suggested videos would be detractor videos since the account would only watch detractor content. That way he can monitor their content and popularity and only focus on the bigger channels. Instead he bothers his fans to do research for him and flag videos.

Like to give you an idea of how suspicious I am, I would not be shocked if the DMer set up something like this. I would not even be shocked if this subforum itself came tumbling down for an equally insane and exceptional reason. It is all tin-foil hat, I'm deadly aware of it, but that's the nature of the beast we're looking at.

Oh you have no idea how far the rabbit hole goes. Allow me to open your eyes. This was never about one man, one genre of videogames, or even one country. This was something to surpass metal gear...

In the early 2000s, Italian film makers were looking for a new industry to exploit. No longer content with ripping off American movies any longer, they came up with a series of projects to try to get their foot in the door with other forms of media. Projects 1 through 6 were unfortunate failures. However, they received an unexpected financial boost in their 7th attempt. Aimed at taking over the fighting game genre, Project 7 was a go. The backer that made this possible was a little-known couple from the Netherlands. This would become important later.

A small, expertly trained group of videogamers with American citizenship but authentic Italian background was brought in with the idea to dominate fighting game tournaments and gain traction with the fighting game genre. Ultimately, due to assassination attempts, infighting, and one case where one of the team members managed to get gout, only one of them managed to place at a tournament. While it was a low tier victory, the plan was to trump it up at the "top American victory" for that year.

Not content with just that, the plan moved forward to have the one surviving REEm member become a more publicly known entity. Sadly, the funds from the Netherlands couple had run out, and shitty Italian filming equipment and computers had to be used. Nevertheless, the birth of the channel known as DSP became a reality, but at an extremely limited budget.

Unfortunately, it was at this time that several things took their toll on the Project 7 participant. A retroactive poison that caused gout and extreme mucus build up was found in his coffee. While measures were taken to get the man safely to medical experts, including multiple city-wide blackouts to feed misinformation to the enemy, a car crash delayed the procedure, and ultimately caused permanent damage to DSP's back. The condition became permanent. The gout-parasites would stay with Phil forever.

The physical damage was negligible, but the emotional damage was extreme. Realizing he was stuck as a snorting, burping, deformed monster, DSP lashed out at the organizers of Project 7, causing all remaining funding to cease. While he had managed to build up some fan base, they were shocked by his sudden mood swings and rages. His gameplay was affected as well, though most just attributed this to him being an idiot. His friends and family began distancing themselves. Soon, DSP would be alone. Haunted by his missing e-fame, like a phantom limb. He could still feel it, but it was no longer there...

However, relief came in the form of one person. A trained PR specialist, one with no taste buds, who could stomach horrible Italian sauce. Someone who could cook, clean, and keep DSP alive even if he no longer wanted to be. She was a foreign agent of mixed descent, employed by the British secret service. Her codename was Pandalee. While her true motives were a mystery, she managed to befriend DSP, and even *oh my god this line makes me wanna hurl* seduce him. She convinced him to move out to Washington for the healing properties of the air there.

While this did not cure DSP of his saltiness, his afflictions did abate for a time. He managed to get a partnership with Machinima and eek out a living on YouTube. He also gained some funding through Patreon.

It was around this time that the Italians returned, tasking Phil to increase his e-fame. They wanted a return of Project 7. And while the funding goal was reached, the plan eventually fell through. Phil, it would seem, was no longer Authentic in his Italian dealings.

Furious with him, the Italians hired Russian hackers to hack DSP's webcam, broadcasting raw, uncut kahntent to at least 100 people. The video was leaked by Russian operative Fred Fuchs and his secretive association under the name Sons of Kojima. Their motives remain a mystery (but most assume aliens or autism).

Even worse, Pandalee had become disillusioned with DSP, deciding that his promise of "being good at games when he wanted to" no longer held water. Her mission was deemed a failure, and she was called back to her home planet.

It was at this time that the couple that had originally funded Project 7 decided to sabotage DSP. Using a series of accounts, medias, and a small kiwi plantation, a massive misinformation campaign was undertaken. Unfortunately, due to DSP's unyielding nature and sloppy planning (really? This took you 10 years to screw up?) they were ousted and made to look very foolish.

So there you have it, a brief history of the DSP franchise. It was all funded by a couple from the Netherlands so that the Italians could take over the gaming industry, but were foiled by outside and inside sources including the British secret service, Russian hackers working for aliens, gout-assassins, and metal gear.

Also we're all Fred Fuchs. And Fred Fuchs is Skull Face. And I may have taken some plot points from Metal Gear Solid V.

I didn't delete questions. I deleted speculation about who the person is, which I said I'd do when I posted it. It's like telling a child to not touch the hot stove and then they go and do it straight away (have you figured out why no mods want anything to do with the DSP subforum yet?)

You yourself just asked a question a page ago which isn't deleted and was responded to.

I also gave you and others the option of contacting a random mod, which no one has taken up yet (that I can see). So before you go down the "muh posts r getin deleted!" route at least make use of the options provided.

So, I'm gonna put in my two cents. The Escort arc aside, I think this is legitimate. We've known for years how salty Phil is over detractor videos. It's what spawned quotes like "You're stealing my khaantent!", "spreading blatant lies!", "no-life dumbfucks", etc etc. He's been butthurt over them since day one. It's just like him to want to get rid of them.

We know that despite how he tries to act like he doesn't care about something, or if he says he's "over it", he's not. Just look at the breakup with Leanna. Guy starts by saying it was mutual and it just happened with nothing bad, then we get salty tears with Phil for months, with him whining about her and the whole thing. Same goes for any shit that happens in his life. Something occurs. He puts on a cool exterior to try and impress his fans by acting like a badass that can't be shook by stuff. But his ego has been shattered, and it's only a matter of time before he makes it apparent.

This is just more proof of how """honest""" he truly is, and how fragile his ego is. Yeah, he doesn't care about those dumb detractor vids, guys. Believe what he says, even though he tries to get them took down behind the scenes.
