It seems like that was a response to a fan; but it's a weird example to make. AJ is not really know for his streaming schedule. I think he might stream while he's collecting b-roll footage, but that's all for his reviews or his random rant videos.

. . .what's weird about Phil's comments is that there are a NUMBER of daily/near-daily streamers who have huge backlogs of their streams AND edited content. Trump, who plays Hearthstone and various indy games, is a good example of this. You can go to his channel right now and see like the past 180 or so steams he's done, but on his YouTube channel it's all edited. I believe PDP is the same way with his gameplay streams that he does (when he did them). It's just a comment Phil makes so that he can come off looking less lazy than he is and remain stuck in this horribly outdated streaming model of his.

Yes its still considered a serious crime because you're not only wasting police resources but also risking people's lives. swatting is just the name its been given because usually a SWAT team responds.

Cheers, just I've never seen a swatting without a SWAT team involved. Trust some exceptional DSP detractor to fuck it up.

IDK I don't live in America. But I assume if you say someone's got a fully automatic rifle or someone says they have a bomb, they'd send the best. Not a couple of patrolmen.

The email address they gave isn't used on Twitter or Twitch, but there is someone that uses a similar name but I can't find any link between them and DSP and their brother has severe autism so I'm not sure they're an attorney.

Like for someone who CLAIMS to never have tried to get videos taken down, he sure knows alot about how to do it, Its like Open mouth insert foot with his dumbass...

That's some serious business email address. Once in a while the TKOH spawns a ween who wants to use scare tactics against the detractors. Maybe he can ask KGhaleon for information as he downloads everything remotely detractor material for "future evidence".

What do these people achieve? If you shut down a channel, congrats. But there will be new ones. And it is not the detractors that scare away sponsors, it's Phil himself. What stress? A judge might ask what kind of exercise or nutrition Phil has, but with almost 50 k videos and only a few days off in this 10 year ride, it will be clear that Phil did the most stress to himself.

Also lol, Phil backtalking to an attorney or a judge.

I have been following AJ on twitch for a while. His apparent laziness in his youtube channel (only posting reaction videos for trailers lmao) has spilled over to twitch. There has been mayb one time I've seen Joe streaming when his channel was live. It is almost ALWAYS Delrith doing it for him. I don't know what the fuck Joe has been doing but Joe is not a good example of full time streamer. Editing videos IS harder than streaming and he KNOWS that. Because if he thought editing was easier he would be editing.

As for the house situation, Phil will treat it like everything else involving money. Shit on the idea until it's too late to actually provide dividends and then attempt to capitalize far past the point of relevancy.

Phil couldn't possibly afford to sue any of the detractor channels. I don't know why they keep including Tevin in this shit as he tries to be helpful when he can and only spergs when Phil does something especially stupid. Their best bet would be some pussy Cyber bullying type of thing, but Phil won't get any money for that so that won't happen. Not only that but he would have to go to court multiple times and pay an attorney to deal with things behind the scenes. ALSO he will have to shut the fuck up about the case as it goes on, but he can't possibly do that either.

How many fucking online games has Phil played where he's had to click past the terms of service that include 'we aren't liable if someone says they fucked your mother'.

Besides, just go look at Maddox's lolsuit to see that you can't sue because someone made stupid online comments.

Not to mention you can't sue for things like emotional damage without proving it. And we all know Phil's never seen a shrink.

Edit: Unrelated double post avoidance question, who the fuck is Delritch and why is he always streaming for Joe? And at least Joe's edited reviews do require effort.
