The email address they gave isn't used on Twitter or Twitch, but there is someone that uses a similar name but I can't find any link between them and DSP and their brother has severe autism so I'm not sure they're an attorney.

It is amazing how full of shit this guy is. He has to believe most of this. Otherwise how can he say that Google simply doesn't take action against channels unless they are sued with a straight face? Alex Jones/INFOWARS are nearing a site ban for getting copyright strikes for SLANDERING a Parkland victim as a "crisis actor"; Snort Burnell has bounced around a few accounts because of the "bullying" tos supposedly. I mean there is obvious evidence that YT will, if prodded, remove channels for violating their tos (hell they'll often do it unprompted).

. . .and I love this idea that "well they didn't take this video down that I find slanderous so it must mean the system doesn't work." You can make an easy argument that Snort's and some of the older TIHYDP are a bit bullying, but slanderous? He conflates "being mean to me. .." as slanderous and it's not. Chrissy Teigen can go on Twitter and slag the PoTUS, but no one is suing her for "slander." No one actually believes Trump is a "cum guzzler" (just using an example, I don't think she actually said this).

Finally, I don't think, broadly speaking, that doxxing is illegal. It can't possibly be. I mean if you doxxed someone in witsec I imagine you'd be in some trouble, but releasing the name and address of CEO's is like an American past-time.

That's some serious business email address. Once in a while the TKOH spawns a ween who wants to use scare tactics against the detractors. Maybe he can ask KGhaleon for information as he downloads everything remotely detractor material for "future evidence".

What do these people achieve? If you shut down a channel, congrats. But there will be new ones. And it is not the detractors that scare away sponsors, it's Phil himself. What stress? A judge might ask what kind of exercise or nutrition Phil has, but with almost 50 k videos and only a few days off in this 10 year ride, it will be clear that Phil did the most stress to himself.

No one wants to put their reputation in jeopardy over DSP attributing false stuff to their name, and the only real way to approach someone like DSP is to do it on a public forum (such as a livestream interview) which Phil will never do because he won't want to deal with questions that are inconvenient.

Even his reactions to stuff like "ThesecretlifeofDSP" shows that he not only has complete lack of knowledge regarding the law but also does not have the skills to deal with any criticism or anything that deviates from blind positivity when speaking about him.

He even recently spoke a lot of shit about his lolcow article, claiming it was full of bullshit:

I know that even if I went to the trouble of asking him to make a short list of things that I could investigate he wouldn't do so. He'd do the typical "everything is completely 100% false!" and he's just as bad as any of his worst "detractors"

I posted about a guy called "Unkle Adams" many pages ago. I'm using him as an example here because his actions show how someone who is not Phil might react to things. Even if they react in a poor way initially, still have the ability to turn things around to be "pahsitive"

His TLDR:

• thinks he's gonna be mega famous
• took out a huge amount of debt
• got made fun of the internet so blocked all comment sections
• made a response calling his main "detractor" (anthony fantano/theneedledrop) a no talent needledick
• got made fun of more
• actually made a concession that he'd probably over reacted. re opened his comments.
• ended up going on a public video with theneedledrop and hashing things out and making peace and proving not to be a giant faggot like everyone was expecting:
• if you read the comments you can see the large number of people who react at least somewhat positively to adams after it. sure his financial decisions might be dumb, but he isnt the worst person on earth:

Phil will never be able to do this. Phil will never "bury the hatchet" like this because he's an idiot, he should've taken the opportunity to go on the SoK podcast and he would've ended up without the hardcore a-logs he has.

He's never going to be able to laugh at himself because he somehow has the world view of "me vs them" and can't for one second show empathy by putting himself in the position of anyone other than himself. Sure acting like you're "The King of Hate" can be fun, but he's nearing his 40s and lives with a stupid amount of stress not only caused by his financial decisions which are partly caused by his inability to laugh at himself, but also because he somehow became semi popular on the internet without being able to do what everyone else does: laugh at the shitposting.

Anyway, keep going on DSP. Keep taking shit super srs and enjoy the heart attack caused by the stress you subject yourself to by forever reacting just the way people expect you to.

I believe so. The tax write-offs for offices take into account how big they are, not sure how, but I've seen plenty of reference to it.

Onision, the guy who posted on Reddit with a huge tax audit situation (which people initially thought had been DSP) made a mistake in writing off his entire house as a business expense. So you can't just throw in random numbers or anything, you have to actually calculate the size/use.

On the room size thing: home office exemptions for things like electricity and such that can’t really be separated from regular household expenses are calculated as a percentage of square footage of the entire home.

To be fair, food regulations are different in the US so I might not be fully aware how bad that stuff is. Just looking at the visual ingredients that stuff is probably healthier in some other parts of the world.

I think the real reason that he kept going on about her food is that he missed her or missed having someone else around the house. He did after all manage to eat just fine before Leanna came along. So I think a large part of having Kat be there is probably a bit like reliving the glory days.

He doesn't need to be positive though. Those videos SoDSP makes could go right on the DSP main channel. That is if Phil wasn't so worried about people thinking he's an asshole. If he would embrace it he would do a lot better. When he tries to be positive he just comes off as fake and boring.
