lol its actually been brought up many, many times that if Chrischan opened a Twitch account they'd get more viewers than DSP very easily. I'm not sure their schedule has ever lined up so this is a "once in a blue moon" occasion of autism.

Im in the process of helping CwC set up his affilated partnership stuff as people seem to want him to produce dat kahntent here. Hopefully he will be all good to go if he can figure out how to do it ofc lol

Phil is the new Golden-Age Chris Chan. In nearly every way.

1. Fragile ego, to the point where he runs the fandom like a Dictatorship (Chris would often filter out "bad" emails for the comic and only leave in ones that massaged his ego and praised him. And Phil's North Korea chat/forum).

2. Paranoia. Chris got increasingly more paranoid over time, and 2017 Phil was ripe with him assuming fans/randoms were detractors, or lying to make him look bad.

3. Idiocy with money, and the things related to it.

4. Romance. Like Chris jumping from one girl to the next and declaring her his new sweetheart, Phil has done exactly this with Kat, and how she was his "soulmate" almost immediately. Their significant others were/are also only there to provide for them. Love is secondary, or not even a factor at all. It's all about taking care of them.

So, yeah. Phil is Golden-Age Chris, with the same level and quantity of juicy sagas and shenanigans one would expect from a Chris-tier lolcow.

Mozart's written music isn't under copyright because he died ages ago, but recordings that are made from his written music can still have their own copyright.

Any recording made within 50 years of the performer's death is still copyrighted (unless they release it to public domain) because that's the way copyright works. Music copyright is a lot more complex than books or movies because its more often licensed out for niche use (such as in vidya).

So it depends who actually recorded the tracks in the game, but more than likely they're copyright protected.

The copyright duration of composed music is the same as for books, paintings and other literary and artistic works: the author’s lifetime + 70 years. Therefore, the musical compositions of old masters like Beethoven (1770 – 1827) or Mozart (1756 – 1791) are all in the public domain and you can freely use them. However, as mentioned above, you need to keep in mind that a musical composition and a sound recording are two different works: even if the former is in the public domain the latter may be still protected by copyright. So, if you want to create a video using one of Beethoven’s compositions you need to find a recording of that composition that is free to use.

You aren't an "affiliated partner" as that designation doesn't exist. You're an affiliate. Not a partner. Chris doesn't need anything from you to become an affiliate, all he has to do is stream on Twitch 6 more days for an hour and 5 minutes average each day and he'll qualify.

Some enjoyable Phil nuggets in here, I especially like when he talks about things he doesn't have a clue about, such as with his tax attorney, who he accuses of "negligible" conduct. He's like Ricky from Trailer Park Boys without the charm, and dumber, and not funny, and less successful.

You can still get a copyright claim on your video for having classical music on your videos on youtube.

It happened to one of my videos on my channel.
