Seriously though, I never really understood his show anyway. Adam made his name on a dumb show that pandered to the teenage male gamer. He's not a gaming expert or an authority on anything. He was just good at hosting something, once. He's adopting sanctimony to get himself some asspats (and money).
He was marginally a celebrity to people that were teenagers at the turn of the century and now he's scrambling to stay relevant and fuel his nose candy habit. I knew a lot of people that watched his show and viewed him as sort of a guiding figure for gaming culture, which I never understood.
He's got potential as a lolcow. He's been an annoying fuck for ages, but I predict that as he slips increasingly into irrelevance we're going to see the cow factor ramping up.
