In my opinion the schedule is part of Phil's illusion that what he does as a source of income is serious business and has to be planned into the last minute. The same illusion he keeps up when telling peepul that his throat hurts from all the high-kwality voice acting he provides. He tries to make his hobby-turned-source-of-income look like the hardest thing a human being ever did.

The whole schedule thing is so dumb. He is master of his schedule because he is self employed. What the fuck does "I finally get on a normal schedule" even mean? Why does his GF working mean he will stop staying up till 4am?

Maybe she is awake till late evening and wants to talk about her difficult past. Or Phil wants to talk about his detractors and taxes. Or Phil can't say: "My katypoo I need to go to bed because of my career as a full time gamer", and if he tries she responds with: "Philybear you have no job, shut up". He plays games all day so of course they want some time together. And some people can talk like there is no end in sight, really.

Oh, speaking of schedule. After seeing a well organized schedule (somewhere in this thread) I get cancer each time I see Phil's ... let's call it unorganized vomit.

I think Phil needs to utilize the element of surprise better. His schedule has made him boring. He should post a schedule with nothing but times and questions marks and then reveal the game he is going to play right before he starts. It would give a element of interest to his usual boring routine. If Phil really wanted to spice things up, he could watch a detractor video live. I think someone mentioned that before, at this point he really has nothing to fear. If he watched a Snort or DavidDavidson video and flailed his arms around it would be infinitely more entertaining than just slumping on the couch rambling about taxes.

Tevin made a good point in one of his last videos. Nothing is gonna happen to him. He's just gonna get put on a payment plan. He just makes a huge stink about his taxes cause he wants to be able to make it all go away at once. Phil is far from losing his house. However, repeating the worst case scenario over and over and over and over and OVER again and blowing things sky high out of proportion certainly helps light that generous fire under a few of his followers.

You seem to be implying that Phil isn't already on a payment plan. There is no "going to be". He already is. He just knows that "taxes" milks his fans better than "bills" does.

And in a way, it was our* fault for speculating on Phil's tax situation so heavily when he started crying about his mistree problem he totally couldn't talk about, dood. Phil took it and ran with it.

*As in everybody on the outside looking in on Phil's self inflicted shit show.

The reason Phil thinks his "olive branch" shit would have worked is because he is under the false assumption that detractors are all a homogeneous hive mind that come together to have meetings about how to fuck over Phil the next time. The problem is that people from all over the place are detractors for all types of reasons. They aren't all members here, they weren't all fans of the SOK, they don't all make videos or troll his chat. It's not this committee that governs itself. It's just people who happen to not like Phil.

The detractors didn't go away when KWO dissolved or when SoK crashed, couldnt it be more obvious to him and ass kissers?

That also explains why he thinks that the Bronsgeests were "detractors". They were just a wacky ass married couple who shitposted while roleplaying as women and Patrick took an interest in DSP for some reason and tried to enact some sort of autistic street justice on Phil.

Patrick even posted using his IRL account on Phil's Twitch channel when the story very first happened which very well indicates that he wasn't whatever Phil thinks is a "detractor".

Sure, detractors and primarily myself contributed to the rise of the escort story and KF gave the story a place to grow, but unless someone knows something I don't, then the Bronsgeests were not identities created by the Sons of Kojima or Sons of Shigeru, nor were most of the people who tried doing actual things to interfere with is life.

These people have seen Phil's streams and videos themselves and have taken in whatever they want to, and then decided by themselves to do what they want to do. Almost anyone that comes on here and tries crafting some elaborate plan to do something either gets laughed at or doxed, so if you look at just the number of hardcore "detractors" that have been doxed in recent times its particularly baseless.

It's not Phil vs the "detractors" nor has it ever been.
It's Phil vs 1000s of independent people that read into events as they want to and make their own decisions to do what they do.

I won't ever mention this again, but the doxing saga was 100% something that was produced by members of this forum. (I am also a member) I never threatened dynastia. He fabricated the threats as a joke, just so you know. It was a pretty maniac move to start doxing people I don't even know to teach phil a lesson, no matter how insane I would be. I have to just point out that phil actually had no way of avoiding fallout because of it. But he somehow made it worse then it should have been. Writing twitlongers, arguing with people, and reporting accounts. etc. And yet could not take a direct line and fucked himself over.

To be honest, all he had to do was say that he knew what was happening. He didn't have to ban you or really do anything proactive. Phil instead decided to tell his fans that it was their fault that info got out about them because they were stupid enough to leave information on the internet. Whether the threats were real or not, Phil should have done what needed to be done to protect his fans, but he couldn't bare taking an L.

You know, I honestly think Phil doesn't do any research. And when I say any, I mean ANY.

He should have known Burnout didn't have a campaign. It's not even a new release, it's a remaster, so all the information he could ever want takes 30 seconds to Google and he'd have known it wouldn't need 5 full streams of gameplay.

He consistently does stuff like this to the point I'm convinced the only thing e does to decide what game to play is look at what ads are showing on the PSN store.

I deleted a lot of what I was going to write, because you already pointed out that you're a member of these forums as well which explains it pretty well. KF is usually both sides of the coin which is why the Bronsgeests have their own thread here.

As you've also said, he could've just said 5 words and put the entire thing to rest. The escort situation could've also been similarly put to rest a lot easier had DSP acted differently (it doesn't really matter that the story was entirely nothing to do with him, that's just the way it is, you can say and do things to make things better or worse). DSP could've said 5 words about the SoK or any number of his "detractors" and put things to rest, but he hasn't.

I can best explain DSP and things that happen around DSP with one simple term: self-efficacy. For whatever reason, Phil has none:
He won't sell his house because he has none.
He won't stop reacting like he does to da trolls and haters because he has none.
He won't stop talking about his taxes every day, which minimizes support he'd otherwise be getting because he has none.
He won't take the time to tactfully pick out games to play because he has none.

He sees no value or consequence of the things he does today on what happens tomorrow. All of the things that happen to him don't just happen because he's a cool gamer dude who makes videos. Its because he says and does things with no bearing of consequences.

If Phil had some sense of efficacy and saw the value that as little as 5 words can have... that's as good of an explanation as any as to why people are still here on page 2747 of DSP's megathread and for any of the crazy shit that surrounds his life.

Did Phil touch the Danger Deck at all? I'd imagine he could squeeze a session out of that.

Of course, Phil would say that it is dumb. And in a way, he'd be right. It is just a mini challenge mode and nothing more. But I can see a full session of salt coming from it since he'd be forced to play on Mastermind.

Given Phil recent
No plot - get dropped
It ain't gonna happen unless for some reason the casa bonita stream brings in the crowds/tips

I don't think any Burnout games ever had a campaign.

I'd say it's typical for racing games not to.
They can dress it up a little like a my driver mode or forza horizon but it always comes down to win a series of races to progress.
In its way burnout actually has way more variation in terms of events than something like GT or Forza.

I wish he would start first stream an hour ago, cause that would mean i would totally not see it when i go home from work. But 90% sure he wont... he is too lazy.

And what is this casa bonita you guys referencing?

Phil even played Horizon 3 which didn't have a plot. So it's just... It's like he doesn't even think. He just plays whatever the fuck shows up as an ad on the home page of the console store.

Here's a good starting point: stop deleting every fucking thread people make on your forums and stop blocking every single person on Twitter. It's an exceptionally terrible way of dealing with things. Stop calling people morons and idiots when you're asking the world for help because of your own mistakes (no one cares about your tax attorney screwing you over, you're in this position because you never listen to anyone and spend any money you have on dumb shit, that's on you).
Also let you god damn mods handle moderating your chat. You responding to negativity in your chat, chastising people, announcing you're banning people, etc is ultra toxic. Let your mods be the "bad guy" and be the "good guy."

Tevin offered DSP $400 (not meming) for a 3ds capture card a few hours ago. (With a new gmail account)
DSP didn't even reply to the email....

DSP doesn't even wake up for another 5 hours and people don't answer emails instantly.

No Tevin offered like 5 days ago. He just gave up yesterday and started talking about it on stream after he gave up waiting on DSP to reply.

It's a dlc level from south park the fractured but whole, featuring a new class, a new buddy character and a whole new level
