The statute of limitations on this does not expire until something like 10 years after she becomes an adult and even then there are probably extenuating circumstances or maybe when she turns 30. Unless he goes and commits himself then no. States have crafted their civil commitment laws to protect a person's civil liberties. This was to combat people being committed when they weren't crazy. You know, you wanted your wife committed you just had to go in front of a judge and say, "she's crazy, put her away" and they would. People could be and were held for long periods of time without receiving treatment simply because they were said to be crazy.

To combat this the laws swung too far in the other direction which is where we are now. At most you can hold somebody for 48 hours of observation and if within those 48 hours they don't display anything crazy the hospital can't hold them and they're back on the streets. What you would need to do is convince the judge that they are in imminent danger either to themselves or others. And unless his parents or somebody close to him is willing to take these steps he's not going anywhere. Unless he commits himself and he's terrified of what could happen to him if he does this.

Remember this is the guy that honestly thinks that if he were to go to any kind of group meeting that he'd either get killed or kidnapped right away. He doesn't live in the same world as the rest of us and he operates under the "worst possible scenario" he can think of.

allegedly a detective from Muncie said that the rape happened outside of Muncie jurisdiction, so the police there can't do anything unless it was reported to the police department of the city where the rape actually happened (and obviously his victim would have to do it, but seeing as she's been groomed and raped by multiple men in her childhood, that's not going to happen). @Phil Ken Sebben is right, unless he gets caught going after or raping another kid or with child porn, he's gonna keep on Jimboing .
