The head looks a little big for the body, but lots of toony suits have that issue. I think it's the super exaggerated, lumpy padding in the legs and the bucket feet :/

Made in 2014."

The inordinate amount of space between the eyes and nose on that one is especially disturbing. And, as far as what animal that's supposed to be, it looks vaguely cat like, but it doesn't have whiskers, so I'm at a loss.
