How many times has he changed the Tara story again? And something like using your made-up girlfriend and an assortment of anon accounts to argue a point to make it look like you have credibility isn't a 'deranged accusation', at least not on our part. It's a perfectly plausible in this day and age of the internet, and it just makes him look increasingly pathetic.
Also, the "I'm just trying to protect the children guys! The haters are trying to prevent me from protecting children!" argument is bullshit too.
I'll have to steal a point from @saladimitate to show why; how the fuck is someone who tells right-wingers like Trump to die on a daily basis, and posts on his public Tumblr profile that he wears a fucking buttplug daily, among other various NSFW shit (namely TMI Tuesday, some lewd art, and even his now-defunct NSFW blog) that he likes to talk about? I remember one of the main arguing points for Down With Molestia was that it was sexualizing a kid's cartoon, but Pinkiepony herself wasn't above drawing lewd images of MLP characters. It's hypocritical, and you're not making much of a change if you're contributing to the mess you claim to be fighting for.
In case people still aren't picking up on why Jerry's "I'm protecting the children" argument is a load of shit, let me spell it out.
It's very fucking disingenuous to claim that you want to make the brony fandom safer for children when you're not making an active effort to make the content you produce safer for children. You have no excuse if you're an active part of the community you're attempting to backseat moderate. "Bubububut Lily directs her content toward adults!" is not an excuse.
Jerry's really doubling down on addressing all of this. Mmmaybe it's time for that image macro I promised...
