They would just complain that the Arabian midget isn't diverse enough anyway. Make it trans add wheelchair, darker skin, gayness and a quran, AND MAYBE they wouldn't be able to complain about it. You gotta market every book to the most niches of groups.

What even is "far right" in this context? Even if we go with Tess logic and write everything off as xenophobia, is the implication that "left-wing" xenophobia can't exist? What did they do that qualifies as "right-wing", let alone "far-right"? A zealot is someone who's uncompromising in the pursuit of their goals so what was the compromise they refused or was there no attempt at compromising?

I know I'm thinking too hard about this. It's like you can't tell my stance on certain government policies when I tell you that I approve Marvel's choice to (seemingly) give Miles Morales a new alias and Peter Parker is always going to be Spider-Man. That statement has literally nothing to do with the politics of any government or political figure/party.

Tough nuts, Tess. Now imagine if you can what it's like to hold conservative viewpoints and still be able to appreciate the vast majority of artists that are at least slightly left of center. It's not difficult. You can just enjoy things without agreeing with the views of the people that made them. I'm a little right of center and I still enjoy the works of a great many filthy Reds. It's a small, dumb world if you never let in any conflicting viewpoints, including those you may be uncomfortable with.
