My original reading was that it was a third unknown man (the three 'most important' people in her life presumably being this guy, Cuckson, and Daniel). While it did also seem like it could be about Daniel, it does appear to be someone else who lives out of state, visited to fuck Becky, and now she is blaming him for the HPV.

It's still hilarious and cathartic because it shows how selfish and materialistic Bex is.
