Personally I'm curious how he's going to spin his glorious god-emperor shitting on video games as a diversory tactic to avoid debates on gun control.
It'll be pretty glorious in its stupidity. Then again, everything the fucking moron has done in office so far is very different from his campaign promises. Normal people saw that from the get go. Someone who drank the punch like Daniel, though?

I was going to say why would Razorfist even care, it's obviously just meaningless talk. Video games aren't going to get censored while the First Amendment stands. But then I remembered this is :autism: we're talking about here.

He might screech about how it's easier and there are more laws to regulate guns than video games.

Something I've realized after his Kingdom Come review is that Razor isn't actually that good a critic. He barely talks at all about the gameplay proper in the review and spends more time trashing its haters than he does actually discussing the game. I haven't seen his stream of the game but that he almost seemed to actively avoid talking about Kingdom Come as an actual game (no discussion on mechanics or features such as the save system) made me realize he's not that good at explaining why the games he likes are good on a mechanical level.

It's because above all else he's a fucking hipster. He cares more about being contrarian than anything else. I'll use an easy example. Watch this "review" of Bound by Flame and you'll come out of it knowing an awful lot about his hate boner for GameTrailers but very little about the actual game. Know why? Because Bound by Flame is fucking garbage and he only uses it as an excuse to hate on something popular.

I'm not sure how it's hipster-ish to defend a game that sold a million copies against a few whiny tards, though. I thought hipsters were all about going against the mainstream opinion.

Kingdom Come was a case of the triumph of the silent majority, though, so it might be different.

I never said he was particularly intelligent about it. He just likes being contrarian to whatever he sees as a widespread opinion. In this case he's just targeting games journalists rather than a fanbase.

It's kind of hard not to talk about politics in this thread since 90% of the content Razor produces now is just him staring into a camera ranting about politics.

Trust me I would love for him to get back to talking about games and music, but it doesn't look likely.

How the good fuck did it take you this long? Serious question.
Because he was funny enough before now that I never noticed. His Kingdom Come review is gonna age like ice cream left in a desert because of how dated the entire conversation about the racial representation in the game already is, and it's not even been two months since it came out. Compare it to, say, Spoony in his prime. His videos have aged like a fine wine because Noah could make genuinely funny jokes back then.

How about his constant sperging about "Witcher 3" and books that games were based on?

He's taken the concept of the angry reviewer to the extreme. Instead of making a well thought out critique, he just trashes whatever he can and applies some of the most spurious claims to it.

Basically he's doing what his audience wants him to do and in that I can't necessarily blame him. However I can blame him for not being a critic.

No, seriously, he's only doing a worst of 2017 list in April.
5. Horizon Zero Dawn
4. 1-2 Switch.
3. Life of Black Tiger.
2. Battlefront 2.
1. Mass Effect Andromeda.
