What are you afraid of? - Phobias and whatnot

I'm really afraid of Parasites, the thought of something living inside you, eating you from the inside out is straight up horror to me. I'm also afraid of diseases in general

I'm really scared of things that look like humans but aren't, especially things that look really fucking wonky and surreal. That movie Mama scared the living shit out of me when I first saw it because the ghost lady is so unnerving look at, and I even get a little creeped out seeing abstract paintings with weirdly drawn people in them.

The dark, I don't know why I never stop being afraid of the dark I can walk around with the lights off but I just break out in a cold sweat right away. Bugs didn't scare me until I saw them close up when I was a kid and it scared me for life

I wanted to be an entomologist or a parasitologist when I was younger so bugs and parasites don't bother me. But I'm genuinely terrified of spiders/tarantulas. I got arachnophobia out the ass and I can't even see a picture of one without feeling uneasy. Seriously my biggest fear in life is waking up and a spider being right there on my pillow.

I hear ya. When I was a kid, it was so bad my cousin used to chase me with issues of National Geographic. Heh.

(I was never bothered by cute cartoon snakes, though, like "Sammy the Snake" on Sesame Street)

Middle-aged women asking for the manager & other people's bodily fluids and loose hairs.

I'm also intimidated by horses and the ocean.
