Wow. They suck at damage control.
I mean think of all the people that put together all these complaints in a 69 page document! That is a lot of complaints and if you have that many people saying that shit is wrong then maybe you need to consider that the way you've been doing business over the past decade has been actually detrimental to your success.

Christ, this reeks of the Shaggy-style "It wasn't me!" type of horseshit. They got caught with their hand stuck in the cookie jar, and now the best course of action they could take was to make a sixteenth-hearted attempt to worm their way out of the crosshairs aiming at their heads.
It's on the same level as the "apology" Fred Fuchs gave when all those leaks exposing the Sons of Kojima came out. The only difference? Fred was an autistic faggot who served as the self-proclaimed leader of a group of autistic faggots making fun of another autistic faggot. Channel Awesome...well, they're about on the same level of spergery, but they're supposed to be a professional company that's run by, like, a legit CEO.
I also like how it very heavily implies that all the dozens of former contributors are somehow to blame for no longer being part of the cool club that Channel Awesome clearly is, what with that "distanc[ing] ourselves from people who were particularly callous" line. In fairness, Signore had more serious accusations leveled against him and he was working for a website owned by a media company with ties to Viacom; not the owner the way Michaud is.

That document consists of a shitload of former producers, at least several of which were some of the site's biggest draws. The fact that the site managed to piss people like Linkara off should be a massive red flag, but nope, they're just being callous.
