I just figure anytime Trump declares a "holiday", it's probably going to be just like "Loyalty Day" ; something that's been around since before his administration and other presidents including Obama have probably declared in the past before, but the left leaning news media finds some way to spin what is otherwise mundane and make it sound like something we should be angry with because "fuck Trump". Meanwhile, the day goes by with nothing else of note beyond the declaration and its back to talking about Russia.

Fuck it's like, I didnt even think to think about it to ask for an "awareness day", which really kind of puts it in context in a way. Like youre mostly normal, youre just kinda retarded, weird and impulsive, and misplacing sit and being scatterbrained and forgetful really fucking sucks, but is it even autistic people wanting an "awareness day"?

While i do agree money could be better spent elsewhere, many people seem to forget the literal screaming in the dark autistic people and people who post like you that make up the silent majority. If we could give them a cure i would be all for that.

Yet you would have to campaign against a whole range of genes to even find a source. Guess how much time it'll cost you how much money research etc..? Probably enough to solve world hunger and cure aids combined.

Like i said i dont think its money well spent and i highly doubt it would cost more money than "solve word hunger" (whatever that means) and curing aids.

As much as a cure is nice it's almost impossible as you have to eliminate any gene out there. Any gene causing it. But is it really worth it? Possibly eliminating a whole generation just to get rid of autism. I was raised Catholic so in early life I was instilled that every life is important. I'm not saying a genocide but people abort babies for down syndrome if people can identify autism in the womb what's there from stopping them from aborting a baby just because they're might be a chance of autism? I'm not religious but the idea of abortion reviles me in any sense. I see it as a selfish cop out. I believe people ought to be responsible for their own actions not free from consequences.

I should applaud an action such as that. If a woman wants to do it it's her conscience she must answer to but I still don't like it.

I can only forgive instances in which a mother's life is in danger. But knowing me if it were my plight I'd die if it meant the baby could live. I've always wanted a kid of my own alas though I don't think id ever will be able too because I don't want my kid to inherit my problems and my family history means if I get pregnant my health would go down the drain like my mother and aunts.

BTW sorry for long posting but that's my long ass view on aborting babies for characteristics such a disability.

I'm very conflicted but in a nutshell I think if you lay down and do it and get knocked up you should be woman enough to deal with it. There's really kinda no excuse for getting pregnant as there's bc for before during after. Also aborting babies for possible exceptionalism is as wrong as Asian countries aborting babies on the basis of sex.

I wake up every day wishing my parents had aborted me before I was born, not just to spare my own sadness, but because I know I ruined their lives. How dare you condemn so many people to pointless suffering just to fulfill your twisted religious jollies. My grotesque parody of a "life" is nothing to celebrate or embrace, especially when done in the context of a religion that denigrates far more worthy homosexuals. If anything, your post only proves my point, that no autist is anything close to a worthwhile human being, and that getting rid of us can only be good for humanity in the long run.

Im not religious I'm personally against abortion life is inherently what you make it and no person should be free from consequence. If two people fuck with no form of protection and autism springs forth they should be held accountable for their actions not cop out and take the easy way out.

So go and sob in your little corner and cry some more I guess...

My future does exist as long as live and think and work. So not all autist need to be euthanized.
