I don't want to derail the thread here but I disagree, coming from a First Amendment standpoint. Lolicon is drawings on a page. It's not the same as actual CP because it's a depiction of an idea, and not the actual act. It's a gross, disgusting idea, but it's an idea. I don't think anybody should go to jail for ideas, no matter how reprehensible those ideas are.

The main issue is that for PK and Marl, these just aren't ideas, these are things that they want to make reality. We have evidence of them saying as much. PK is excited by the idea of showing her porn to minors, and Marl is all about wanting to tape an underage girl to have sex with a dog. It can be argued that being in this fictional world they've constructed that they have lost touch with the reality of what they're doing, but that's a slippery slope. If PK were drawing this shit and bothering nobody with it, she'd still be a weird creep, but she'd only be a creep by herself. However, she and Marl, like a lot of people into shota and lolicon, get too comfortable in that mindset and see no problem with perving on actual children. Once they start affecting other people and dragging them into it, then it's an issue.

We can put it this way: if fiction = reality, we wouldn't have so many posters sharing PK's loli and shota artwork in this thread because it'd be exactly the same as CP, and it'd get taken down immediately. People know the difference. They're not stupid.
