I'm pretty apolitical online since I don't really care about the political opinions of a bunch of meaningless strangers and some words on a screen most of the time aren't going to change anything for anyone anyways so I tend to just shrug and move on when people talk about politics. On SA this just became impossible to ignore because people would interject their progressive bs into every topic from video games to aliexpress orders to fucking stupid childs cartoons. That's what really did the place in for me and made me lose every desire to ever go back.

Goons are highly opinionated and when LF was around they would try to one up each other to prove how liberal and progressive they were to absurd levels and actions. That’s what started the whole mess and why politics leaked into every corner of SA.

Yeah and ionno, lowtax has always been OK in my book. Aside from the shit in the old SA days like trolling a web page dedicated to people with miscarriages, most of the cancer on the site is due to shit administration trying stroke their epeens.
Could be that I also feel sorry for the guy. Consider how much money tgwtg made in its life and continues to make. Now consider that SA originated let's plays, essentially had a monopoly on let's plays, and also was the launch board for internet icons like yahtzee and mega 64 etc and you realize how much money lowtax missed by being lazy and incompetent.

I usually wish most lolcows nothing seriously bad because the majority has severe mental problems and aren't really in any place to fix their behavior, no matter how repugnant it is.
I don't really lust for Lowtax' blood either but I have absolutely no empathy with him. He had all the chances, he made a lot of money too, he just went ahead and did nothing with it. That in itself is fine, it's his life after all but on top of it he's been a total jackass and a lying cunt and still thinks to this very day that he's some kind of very cool eCeleb. He only gives a shit about his bloated ego but when you get really to the bottom of it, he's only trash that was in the right place at the right time.
