Oh hell, youre right. A good lawyer would subpoena those documents ASAP to make sure they're all real. Didnt know nothing about Nevada, but thats great. If the site the docs are on actually has the logs (Ex. Kik doesnt give out documents to any court because they dont keep them logged) then its a pretty solid case. I guarantee the opposing lawyer would try to countersue for """"slander"""" and PK and her buddies would probably never admit guilt, they'll be like 'not me' the whole time because they dont have a good defense

That's it exactly. No one ultimately cares about someone's non-con fetish if they keep it to themselves and don't act on it but the problem is that these people clearly have an underage, /ss/ fetish and it's gotten to a point where it's TOO much and it clearly leaks and saturates into their works. And like you said, they try to rationalize it all or deny it. I don't wanna get into the whole fiction =/= reality thing because I think it's a loaded statement to catch weirdos nowadays and a hard gateway for ad hominem fallacies but there is a threshold that should not be fucking crossed.

Bigfluff is safe based on a message they sent me and seems to think the outcome regarding Glip is good despite being upset at me for leaking these when I said I wouldn't. If they tried to come after Bigfluff, Bigfluff would simply be able to direct them to the google messages and/or google would be contacted for the official data instead of just screencaps. Bigfluff acknowledged this and I urged them to contact law inforcement.

Bigfluff is rightfully upset at me for leaking these because I initially said I wouldn't but changed my mind and posted them with their name blanked out. I feel really bad for making bigfluff upset for sharing these and this has been very overwhelming for both of us, but this has been a long time coming. Bigfluff, if you're reading this, I hope you realize that I did not mean to harm you. The opposite, actually. Minors are safe from their bullshit now or at least the proper authorities are being alerted and people are aware now.

If glip were to try and sue me for defamation they would have to prove that the screencaps aren't real (assuming they would even get that far as they aren't mine and I simply distributed them.) And there is a below zero chance that they aren't real.

e: In retrospect, I kinda wish I had spent more of a long ass time trying to convince Bigfluff to contact law enforcement directly. Though at the same time, I was worried about whether PK and Eeevee would just stay silent about it and the abuse would continue behind closed doors even with the threat of legal action. So that's my thought process for releasing these. Bigfluff please go to the FBI now

I'm really glad to hear that you're both safe at least, I was starting to worry. I urge BigFluff to go to the authorities about this as well, to make sure that justice is served.

Edit: I also want to add that:

I know a few people irl who have been preyed upon and had nudes leaked and sold etc and their thought process for not reporting it was being more scared of their parents finding out and being upset than about the actual crime that took place.

I don't know if that's what's keeping a lot of victims back, but I urge any and all of you to think of other potential victims and don't let these kinds of people use your fear against you. Your parents would much rather you be safe and that people like Marl are locked away, I can practically guarantee that.

Marl told me when he tried to groom me about how he would want to have sex with me in a convention hotel after an anime convention or whatever. Just remembered that because I know that he does a lot of manning con booths. Horrified to think that this could have happened to people irl at cons because of Marl's behavior.

You know eevees just sitting around waiting for everything to cool off and is writing a small book of just him pussyfooting around all the allegations, but he wont actually address any of them. I've seen him do it before. It'll be a "coolheaded" fluff piece about how "actually guys, this stuff is okay to do because of the next 30 pages of bullshit"

He won't confirm or deny anything, but will probably mention how mean the internet is and how smart he is

Do you think eevee will really respond? This time this is some serious stuff, and it doesn't look like it would stand up to any of their efforts to debunk it. All they can do is yell about it being lies, which PK has done once, but I feel like her and eevee both would be going WAY more insane with this if they felt they had any hope of brushing it all off as a lie. I feel like there's some guilty conscience at play here keeping their big mouths shut, because there's no talking their way out of this one, and even some of their biggest diehards are turning on them.

PK standing by marl just proves she knew what was going on and doesn't care or is involved. If she had any problem at all with him talking to minors about sex and fucking his dog, she'd be divorcing him right now.

Revya I don't know who's going around harassing people, because I'm certainly not one of them and it's against this site's policy to do so in the first place. (I won't deny that I've been spreading the warnings on Twitter, though)
I never considered you guilty by association, since being an accomplice implies you have actual knowledge of the crime having taken place and that would be a serious offense. Most of us just think you're a fucking idiot for not connecting the puzzle pieces and making a loud stance about things you're ignorant of. And you are clearly ignorant because you'd already know why sexual crimes are under-reported.

to any of you defenders from twitter, just know that you are in no way better than an accomplice. instead of recognizing that these people raped animals and likely would have/ already have raped children, you are focusing on what they are- you focus on the fact they are well known, not who they are as a person. recognize that you have no evidence that this is fake, just a couple of words from a proven pedophile.

if you have proof that the logs I had gotten myself are fake, you can personally come to me and PROVE that they are. otherwise, I'll sit here with my mountain of proof and the victims that may finally get justice.
