Yes, that's where I found it. Even if he posted it it's still very suspicious. Consider the wording of the email, the fact that it says "talking about (blanked out)" as it there was another party involved, and the fact that Pengo's recent tweets insinuated that the lawsuit threat was directly related to Marl. I doubt that tumblr drama is enough to risk spending money in court, now that I think about it-Marl must have pushed lawsuit threats in retaliation to the bestiality thing being revealed. It had to be about that ask that Pengo posted where they confirmed that Marl was into beastiality, if someone can find it.

Speculation but interesting nonetheless.

e: Going off of the hypothesis that Marl's confession was an accident because he assumed the person who gave the logs to Gapow was bigfluff, it is likely that he wanted to talk to bigfluff in order to bribe them or threaten with a lawsuit or manipulate them into silence.

Xkeepah is a hypocrite, they used to run server space for a certain fan-forum that was more than willing to not question an allegation when a mod on their forum told another member that they had sexually assaulted a minor. Back then the person became "persona no grata" overnight - the forum admins did the right thing then by calling police, but handed the community poorly by not really explaining what happened and sweeping it under the rug. They actively enforced rules that anyone attempting to question or discuss the issue would be banned.

They also harbored another member of the fandom for years that went to prison for sleeping with a minor as well, mostly protected because prominent community members used to hang out on their website - which was basically the fandom version of Encyclopedia Dramatica or Something Awful in it's heyday.

I wouldn't recommend contacting any family members of theirs; family members tend to deny stuff like this or even try to hide the guilty person because they don't want their reputation tarnished.

Nah, no way I'd stick my personal life into theirs. I just feel bad for them if they do end up discovering it.
