So she was already underage when she started to dabble with sexual themes she also joined that weird Pokemon Hentai group in early 2015, her Papaya Kitty Oekaki is basically an offshoot of that group.

Eevee mentions on his Livejournal that his relationship with Mel started near around the time she got married and got huffy about people asking "Does her husband know?" as it suggests he's dishonest and actually they are all happy with things as are
PK and Marl married when she was around 17 in 2007 - she took the first option to get away from her family home. There's art for Veekun a few months before that.
If you hunt around, it turns out that Eevee didn't even live with Marl and Mel till 2012, He was living in a flat with a roomie, they left, so he invited PK and Marl to live with him and they accepted. Eevee was already PK's lover for about 5 years at this point. This also correlates with the point at which Marl tried to mess with younger girls and dogs.
Eevee's comics are interesting too, Marl's drawn cooking for him if PK is away on trips or acting as the adult while PK and Eevee complain about having to do adult things, and he always draws Marl taller than them.
For PK, he started drawing comics in what seems to be a bit to connect with her interests. He actually improves quite a lot over time but the comics have PK and Eevee basically staring at different computers half the time. She also seems to become more distant or doesn't appear at all in his art.

It's interesting how their actual geographic location partially plays into how long they've been able to keep doing shit like this. If this had been reported in my area of residence at the time it happened, I would be legally obligated to report it (As in, I could actually go to jail if I had good faith in the claims and did not contact authorities). That's not the case for me since this happened in a different region, so I'm not going to do that, but still. I don't know what it's like in Washington/Nevada but if it's similar to the laws here, knowing about it and not reporting it is a crime of its own.

It's the site's culture, and if people don't want to believe the sources just because their sensibilities are being challenged then all the power to them. There are alternate sources for this entire drama anyways.
I find Glip's Pixiv to be funny because it does acknowledge that they go by Purplekecleon and PapayaKitty, even after they threw a huge fit about how associating them with those usernames is akin to deadnaming.

If you're easily turned off by shitposters shitposting with slurs then that's on you as an individual. Words are very easy to ignore if you actually try.
