No, she's full of shit. I can see him not giving her any cash money, since he is an ex-junkie (according to luna) and damn well knows where it will end up, but she never showed off any clothes after she was with him. he lives somewhere in the upper east side. she only ever showed of some weird books and used drug store cosmetics which she probably stole out of his bath room.
instead she several showed off clothes she bought online including from amazon.

She lives in Mamaroneck, which I thought was on Long Island but is actually in Westchester county just north of the Bronx. The Metro North train would take her from her town into downtown Manhattan in about a half hour, where she could then hop on a bus or subway to go to the upper east side where her father is. It's pretty easy since Metro North trains stop in Harlem and Grand Central Station which both have connections to the subway lines that go to the upper east side.

Lol that she lives there because Mamaroneck, Larchmont, Rye (the adjacent towns) and Westchester county in general are known for being rich and bougie suburbs of NYC. She could probably live somewhere else for much cheaper but ofc she doesn't. Metro North isn't cheap either, a one-way ticket can cost $10 or $15 at peak hours depending on where you're coming from.

I remember reading a certain YA series as a wee one about immensely spoiled sociopathic richie rich girls who owned the latest brands and were obsessed with status. They lived in Westchester.

Hilarious to imagine Princess ~**aesthetic**~ living amongst the Polo Ralph Lauren/Gucci/Louboutin types. Maybe she dumpster dives for couture.

This, among basically everything else, is why I have zero sympathy for her.

I would like to remind everyone that she inherited at least a hundred grand and an estate from her grandmother when she was 18. She pissed it all away on stupid crap and lost the house because she didn't pay taxes on it, effectively pissing on her grandmother's grave. Then her dad was going to put her through college on his dime, and what did she do? She dropped out after less than a semester. She probably wouldn't be fretting about eviction now if she's gone to college, because she'd still be living in a dorm. All of this is on top of the fact that she chose to live in an expensive part of New York.

She is living in poverty entirely as a result of her own stupid choices. If her followers knew how much she's wasted, they wouldn't be giving her a cent.

The aesthetic and glamorous heap that is Luna returns for another week, however this time her updates once again appear to be light.
The poor ol' girl has been in shambles. Clearly struggling for sustenance in the form of food, shelter, and having zero financial stability in yet another time of need.
She has nothing anymore, you see, all that is left for her to do is pose in a new baby pink track suit, food in the background upon the counter top, next to the mould spattered refrigerator.

Times are still hard for Luna but when are they not? This world is dark, so very, very dark. Nothing but misery and woe, cruel call-outs and unjust dogpiles at the hands of people who just don't understand what it is like to be so wretched and poor. Shadows and endless heartbreak for the poor little waif. Each week that comes for her is heavy with despair, but somehow, she continues.
