While most of us say simply "no", I say no because Sonichu never went away, he still lives on in Chris's head. Because Chris still thinks about him, he's just as relevant as when there were comics.
The whole children thing is about Chris having a thought, not putting it on paper, but expecting everyone to respect it as canon anyway.

It's just the way he is. He randomly brings up Sonichu, originally on the eBay posts, again after years of not talking about it and then suddenly he starts talking about his canon, which no longer matters to anyone but him.

My theory is that CWC needs a means to "tell" Sonihu's story, but the comics and text blurbs he used to write on the CWCipedia were the least-rewarding way to do so. Or, at least, the most difficult, which for CWC would also be the least-rewarding. In contrast, once he's made a Lego or a LBP/ModNation Racers character/level, he can play as Sonichu or any of the cast (or hypothetically have them available) then he can "tell stories" just by playing vidya/Lego, which he was gonna do anyway. Little text updates like these are just his way of "making real" stuff that isn't easily expressible in video game or Lego format.

It feels real to him, and since he has no theory of mind, he thinks dangling out these little tidbits are as good as releasing whole issues when it comes to satisfying his fanbase.

Sure, it's stupid and childish to explicitly state things like only watching things that have lesbians instead of gay men because it makes his asserted LGBT-involvement seem crass and shallow ("I only like lesbians because it's hot!")

Yeah, but he's always particularly noticed that sort of thing. One of his biggest objections to Asperchu was that the characters were supposedly all gay, based purely on a couple of background details. The fact that several male characters in Torchwood are openly bisexual and not shamefully hiding away where they can't offend decent lesbian tranny tomgirls like himself would surely cause him to crash into slumber long before he noticed that it's actually a sci-fi show about aliens in Wales.

So Chris is revealing that Sonichu is basically a worthless and nearly disabled pet with a severe allergy condition. Forget world saving powers and bravery, any bland Saturday morning villain can waltz into CWCville, do as they please and just toss a pickle in the direction of any gross yellow anthro hedgehogs that show up. Sonichu fucking sucks.

So Sonichu being allergic to pickles is basically the equivalent of throwing a soiled diaper in Captain Planet's face.

And stay classy Chris. Avoid a fairly decent show because of homos, yet still watch Family Guy which has one of the lead characters as a homo.

I know Chris is Chris but give him a break, it's not like Sonichu has ever really aimed to be a realistic representation of this fictional world of CWCville or respect any laws of physics. It's simply a Chris' personal distaste toward pickles turned into a really minor plot device.

Yeah, you know, I really was looking too far into it. I just love the strange juxtaposition of reasonably true-to-life representation of things with absolute pseudo-fantasy weirdness.

I would agree with this one. Sonichu never went away, just went from comics to lego. We just don't get as much internet exposure of it, since Chris does not always film himself playing with his legos, like he published all the comics.
