People have been screaming at Chris to sell his toys for years.

Now he actually is, there's outcry.

I personally think it's good he's getting less attached to his dragon's hoard of toys and is actually parting with some, it's a step in the right direction. As for the reason, well, Barb is a harpy and if he can find X amount of people dumb enough to buy his junk so he can go sperg out with the great unwashed pony contingent, then whatever.

Edited for spelling error!

you usually get more at conventions, but people usually don't buy toys with markers.

At least if it's on bare plastic you can remove it and redo the paint job as a custom or just buy it for the parts for other customs.

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. People wanted Chris to sell his crap for years, now he's doing just that (albeit for less than altruistic reasons), and people are getting on his case...?

I don't get you people sometimes.

I mean yeah, he's overpricing them, but eh, I have to give him credit for realizing that having human interaction at a pony convention will last a lot longer in his memories than hunks of plastic that sit unused somewhere in the hoard. And IMHO, any chance for him to get away from the harpy is good in my book.

Implying he won’t just buy more toys at Bronycon

He's lying about this. Those prior tweets were DEFINITELY tweeted by him. Tweetdeck even said that they were from the same location - an iPhone in Virginia.

Nah. He tried to pull a 'woe is me' and garner sympathy. It clearly backfired, so he deleted the tweets.

Or the claims of being hacked was the sympathy tactic, itself.

"Rest assured the money I'm getting *BELCH* is going towards helping my mother."

That part where he says his mother isn't the only one with problems - JFC! What actual real life problems (outside of being mentally handicapped and being a social pariah) does CWC have that compares to an 80 some odd year old woman with legit health issues?

trolls in his eyes?

At least he didn't fart on camera this time... That said, "PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE" is the new "NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW"
Maybe he thinks using the magic word is an incantation that should be chanted as often as possible at a high volume?

Now Chris is taking to Adam Lambert for solace in this trying time.

He isn't selling anything worth more than 20$, but has bumped up the price to ludicrous amounts.

Chris isn't selling the things he should be selling. He's picking the rattiest, oldest and fucked up things he can judt barely muster enough willpower to let go. He sold his Wii, an old ass system you could probably pick up for 40$ anywhere else, but kept some of it in case he wanted it back again later only to give those up as well. If he was really desperate it'd been the PS4 but he'll never give up that life upgrade.

Sure it looks wishy washy on the outside but this is a song and dance Chris has done so many times it's predictable; We're even calling out his shit faster than he can back pedal.

Chris, I'd feel a lot sorrier for you if you actually heeded people when they told you to STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY ON USELESS SHIT.
But hey, what do they know, right?

Is it me, or does his left eye always seem to get derpy after he has a screeching fit?

People have noticed this since that video where he screamed at trolls for causing his last sweetheart to break up with him.

They're "just barely scraping by the skin of their teeth" with bills, and he wants to sell his toys to go to some frivolous event where he will just be looked at like a freak (admittedly, in a vast OCEAN of freaks), when instead, that $600 could really help toward his bills. Just wanted to make sure I had all of that clear.
