I've been thinking for a while, I fear this might actually be an elaborate ruse
Here's a quick list of why I think this:
  • Ross's speech patterns are extremely inconsistent, some instances hardly able to speak coherently while other occasions can actual speak without repeatedly using filler words like "umma", "basically" and "Pretty much"
  • The people surrounding Ross are sketchy if not completely untrustworthy
  • Ross is no stranger to trolling since he hangs around trolls and IIRC has taken part in trolling DSP (DarkSydePhil)
  • Ross seems to say the most outrageous things at the worst timings, such as him mentioning his rape fantasy RIGHT AFTER someone tells him that it's a bad idea to say these things
  • Ross seems to shut the fuck up when people ask what school he works in even after all the shit he has leaked
  • He stays dormant when the heat is on but reemerges when people forget about him
This is not to say this can't be real, nor to say that Ross isn't autistic as fuck. But, considering Deagle Nation, it's possible this is a ruse.

it's really hard to say with the above guy's response that he did file a police report. in the meantime i see no reason not to look into jetrex and his shady circle. they seem pretty lolcow themselves, and it's worth looking into if jetrex & pals are milking this for attention or taking it seriously.

filing a police report for the reasons i stated many times already isn't enough though. if jetrex is too busy to be following up and ensuring the Ross situation is taken care of, he needs to hand the reigns of this responsibility over to someone who does have the time to. He needs to be contacting the school, Ross's group home (at the very least, to revoke his access to internet,) Ross's social worker, and a lot more. i won't blame Jetrex or call him a bad person for having this shitty situation thrust upon him if he is in a time or place in his life where he can't dedicate the time to fixing it, or if he does not know how to, but he needs to take it seriously or else fuck'im. there are so many people reaching out to help right now and they're not all bad people with ill motivation. pick one jetrex.

if you don't actually want your friend to get help and you're milking this for attention Jetrex, this will turn on you and you will become the lolcow. i promise you that's how it works kidd0

did you watch the pre-kumite discord recording that got posted yesterday? i have a harder time believing the angle that he was goaded into or pushed into saying things, when he's on an entirely separate recording at a different time reaffirming a lot of the same things he had either said prior, or was about to say on the kumite.

ross is definitely on the tier of special where he could be pushed into saying whatever shit, i agree with you there and i think individual statements should be taken with a grain of salt, but he's saying a lot of the same things multiple times over long periods of time, which makes it a lot less likely that this entire thing is fake news.

I don't believe he knew which school it was before Joshigan talked about it and he still doesn't know the name of the group home. Either way, i'm pretty sure his logic was more or less "there's at least 50 people at any given moment trying to find his school and I have some really bad stuff happening IRL, so i'm gonna let them dig and file a police report of my own". I highly doubt he's just doing this for attention, in fact, he seems to care very little about this besides wanting Ross away from children.

i guess my point is

whether jetrex dindu nuffin and is a good boy,
or if he has malicious intent

people are proposing both angles, i don't care to navigate it, and neither one makes a difference:

if he doesn't have the time, ability, know-how, etc to handle this situation he should tell someone who does (there's plenty on the internet paying attention to Ross right now) what he knows so things can move forward and this situation can end before a kid's harmed.

ross is for sure under a lot of emotional duress right now and the worry always is in a situation like this that you may not act fast enough before he bates'es a kid.

Assuming Ross is trying to pull of a Jace Conners, he's nailing himself to a cross. And I'm not talking about the cross Jesus was crucified on. I'm talking about one of the many other crosses the Romans would crucify the worst criminal scum of society to. And even then, he's going about it in the worst possible way. There's never going to be a big reveal where he manages to troll the shit out of a bigger cow than him (see: Brianna Wu's restraining order against Jace). The best he can do is say "Ha ha, I was only... like... um... basically... you know... pretending to be a pedophile." Kurt Eichenwald couldn't pull that off and he had a major media publication backing him up.

Ross strikes me as a sick fuck who is incapable of realizing how badly he needs help. And even if he's pulling a ruse, he's still a sick fuck who did to Amos Yee what @FuckYou did to Randy Stair.

Yeah I can see where you're coming from, he told me that someone from Kiwifarms messaged him after dragon gave away his discord tag, so hopefully he gives that person all the info he knows about Ross.

I can see where you're coming from, and I do think some of the stuff Ross says is solely for attention, with that rape fantasy being a prime example. People definitely egg him on and Ross will immediately jump on it for attention. It creates a weird circle of autism. Autists spend all this time getting Ross to say something stupid, and Ross happily acts like a tard for more attention. That being said, the pedo stuff seems different, since (to the best of my knowledge) Ross wasn't the one to initiate that whole debacle. He was always on the defensive during it.

When the stuff with Ross originally came up months ago, there were definitely moments where he was trying to get things to stop and pass off the blame onto other people. I mean, there's always the chance he's been playing 4d chess this whole time, but it seemed like in those moments he was dropping his edgelord attention seeking persona and genuinely scared about facing the consequences for his actions. The stream where "I failed to avoid bukkake" or whatever that hilarious line was is a clear example of this. It also sounds like he was genuinely placed in a home or whatever from his grandparents.

Yep, said it before I could myself. There are moments/topics where Ross is way too obviously defensive/uncomfortable with answering questions. If he was trolling with the pedo shit I think he would have said more outrageous things by now, but he consistently defends his own actions trying to make it seem okay.

Like we started with “oh i look at kids in the bath cause i wanna be a dad” and “it’s only pedo if you jack off to it” and now we’ve moved onto “i’m a pedo but i will never ever touch a kid cause that’s fucked up”. If he wanted that attention he could go full Amos Yee and start advocating for child porn and shit, but he has consistently tried to steer away from questions involving it.

I’m not sure if he’s too deep to help or if getting committed for a bit would knock some sense into him, but one things for sure: the internet is not a good place for Ross. Either he digs himself into deep shit or other people push and dig at him until he overshares something they can meme about. Like if you were a troll, would you honestly get your micropeen out for the camera? It’s when he does shit like that that makes it way too hard for me to believe this could be some elaborate troll. Chris-Chan is the same, he just does too much shit to put it down to acting. All Ross needs to do is start getting spotted doing shit in public and he’s there lol.

If it is a troll though, put this guy in the Queen’s birthday honours for a knighthood for services to acting, cause that’s dedication.

Is anyone else having fun flashbacks to when Chris Chan first popped on the scene? When Chris first came about it was exactly the same, there were so many people who just couldn't believe that someone so spergy and autistic actually existed. There were dozens upon dozens of people claiming Chris was a troll until they were blue in the face. They just couldn't accept that someone so genuinely autistic could actually exist.

I like how he thinks Null is defending his Internets honor or some shit. This Bryan guy better be careful or Null will totally sue him on Ross's behalf! The sad thing is that Ross actually believes his overly autistic threats are intimidating. He actually thinks he's going to scare this Bryan guy into leaving him alone.

Also I think it's reached the point where he thinks a whole bunch of different people are his Bryan boogeyman, like anyone who criticizes him now is either Bryan or a "Bryan supporter".
