How much of a sperg do you have to be to turn a write up into a firing? I used to know a sperg who got written up and even he knew to humble himself when he saw his manager approach him with a clipboard.

Reading through the bbs, they mention his parents have guardianship of him. It seems like he's a legitimate sped prone to tard rage on the internet, radio, and probably real life.

You have to remember that most of what he is doing to generate the hate is done offline. It's also in a community that's primarily 50+ nerds and grandpas who don't put their entire lives online. Their social media of choice is the radio.

I think there's a difference between merely commenting on a matter of public interest that only recently occurred and being so irrationally obsessed with someone and of such reprobate mind that you'd use their name to post a threat to a school in a highly reactionary environment - with a predictable result.
 
His writing absolutely triggers me. Why is he centering the text of a book? It makes the final line of a paragraph look like the starting indent of the next paragraph. He almost makes it a sport of telling-not-showing and his characters act as unrealistic and flat as the lolis he faps to. Someone linked to this before, seriously, look at this thing.

"I know how about we hide behind that big pile of tires" said Fox point toward a pile of tires, on the other side of the room. "Good idea Fox" said Brad. The boys walked quietly to the tires and hide behind them.

This is all one paragraph and these are supposed to be 10 year old boys. I really love his attempts at synonyms and prose, he's trying to make it sound more like a real book but it just makes it sound even worse. "the boys puzzles", "through the dead vegetation". he can barely describe a scene or have the characters explain why they're wasting time going home but he likes to look for these little places he can use fancy words.

Also someone should tell him "Fox" isn't a real name. Reminds me of that "FoxFire" sperg.

Not only that, but no matter you are in Japan, if you so much look at a child funny, people are calling the cops on you. I've actually met people named Fox, like that's their legit name. Also, Daugherty knows jackshit about consent laws in Japan. The age of consent is 13 for the whole nation, but each prefecture has made it 18. If someone does it with a person under 13, and they're above the age of criminal responsibility (14), then it's considered a felony. If an adult has sex with someone under 18, it is considered an 'unethical' act (misdemeanor). Furthermore, people are considered minors until they're 20. That means one can potentially get charged for kidnapping if they take some 19 year old on a date without parental consent.

I'm surprised he hasn't shown up online at all yet unless he's still be processed. With charges dismissed I thought he'd be out by now and raging all over. The other option is that his parents do really have guardianship of him and they've cut him off from the internet at least temporarily.

@emspex pointed this out to me yesterday. Hateandflame went offline this weekend. This is the website where the threat had been originally posted. There is sispicion that Todd was not the one to post the threat and that it was someone else who posted it. Some accuations were pointed at "Newsguy". It is more than just a possibility that Todd did not make this most recent threat and that he was framed.
