This. is not. a lawsuit. I am not suing him. This is not a tort. The CFAA is a criminal act. Title 18 of the USC is the title on criminal behavior.

I'm far less learned on criminal court than civil so I'm having to read up. I am in no rush.

I'm not waiting on him to do anything either. I'm reviewing what has already happened and I'm talking to different people to see what the options are. It's not something that needs addressing right away. As far as I'm concerned, he's lynched himself already.
