Apparently Fred was the one that told Bryan to beat BSV for the lulz. I think he was behind the TXT incident. Once Fred was caught, he was taking some of the credit for the fall of Fred.

I've already got the video and I've heard it for myself. I can't say too much because I don't want to compromise the volume of evidence I have regarding this, but it's much more concrete than, and very complementary to, the video itself.

This has fucked my entire day up. I was going to work on some web shit I'm doing, but I get my day going, sit down with my coffee, first thing I see is 3 PMs telling me Bryan dunn it again. Since then I've been saving videos, cross-referencing it with empirical evidence, archiving this-and-that, and all the while, he's been on Twitter going "do it cuckboy faggot pedophile defender, your C&D is nothing, legal garbage -- but note I didn't take this screenshot myself so it's not violating the C&D". It's like I've been knocked off my feet by the incomprehensible maelstrom of fucking ignorance and arrogance on display.

All I wanted was for this idiot to stay off this site and stop causing problems, and normally when this shit happens I just ban people, but normally when this shit happens I don't know who they are. Or they live outside the country. Or they aren't so obvious about it. There has never, and I mean never, been an instance in the history of this country where another citizen of the same state openly and flagrantly violated the CFAA in this way with multiple identities associated with their real name in such a public display of their contempt for the law that even a dozen spectators and cohosts on the livestream were immediately concerned with his behavior.

It's a first, and the people I'm contacting about it are legal experts in the realm of computer freedoms and none of them (a) want to believe this could happen, (b) can find anything wrong with the information I'm showing them and the point I'm pressing. They need time to look over the full body of legal precedence.

That's all I have to say for now.

I wonder if bryan will be the first person autistic enough to be federally punished for shitposting on the internet. He's already broken several records of in the "Is this person really autistic enough to....." category so I'll actually hold my breath.

I remember him saying this awhile ago (once a person's account is gone, you can't search through what they've posted by their name, right?), so I guess it might not just be for the asspats :/

You can sometimes find context to give at least some indication of what they've said by searching for their name, even if you can't find their Tweets themselves.

whats funny is like when I called him out on the work as a behavioral specialist shit all he did was rate my post dumb. and then when asked him a couple more times to respond he just went ghost. and then just still posted in the thread about other shit.

He really is sick and needs some help.......when people lie about things that have NO BENEFIT to them. that is when there is a major issue
