For the month, he has $1446.00 in cheers. Can't speak on the subs as the gifted ones stopped showing up in the overrustlelogs pages. Accordingly, only the ones that were captured in chat prior to the 19th and (hopefully) all of them following will be tallied at the end of the month.
From @EddyB43 as of second stream yesterday subs ~$676.50

The 'YouTube Upload "Glitch"' that Phil keeps whining and @'ing TeamYouTube about just makes me laugh because it's yet another instance of Phil fucking something up because he's spamming it as much as he can, then throwing a fussy baby tantrum instead of being able to map out himself what the issue could be and finding solutions to it.

So if I have this right, Phil is opening 20 to 30 tabs in Google Chrome all signed into his YouTube account and uploading a single video on each tab so that each video is being uploaded at the same time; instead of opening 1 tab and queuing up all the videos to upload in that tab where they will upload 1 at a time in sequence.

Phil doesn't seem to understand that whatever his upload speed on his internet connection is that's what his upload speed is. If you upload 1 video it uploads at whatever your upload speed is. If you upload 20 videos simultaneously they will all be making upload progress at 1/20th of your upload speed. The end result probably doesn't happen any faster by doing them all simultaneously, or very negligibly so.

The problem I believe Phil is running into is that he doesn't understand if he's using all of his available upload speed for something and then someone uses that connection to download something it takes away from your available upload bandwidth. My guess is someone is using a device for something on that connection and that causes one of his uploads to time out as his connection redistributes bandwidth. Now I don't exactly understand what he uses each internet connection for(please let me know if I'm wrong) , I think there is 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, and his uploads are occurring on the upstairs connection while he's not streaming. Kat's computer and PS4 is also on the upstairs connection and when she gets home she plays games online for a bit. This wouldn't happen if he had the uploads queued up in sequence on 1 tab as the 1 video would just upload slightly slower for a bit instead of 1 of his 20 uploads getting knocked off.

The funny thing is I found a solution to this in 5 minutes, that doesn't autistically involve inventing shamanic rules for Kat about how she's allowed to use the internet or changing the way he does things, but I won't post it here because fuck you Phil do your own work you lazy retard. Phil just sees 20 progress bars slowly filling up and starts patting himself on the dick about what an amazing human he is, and when something inevitably gets timed out he's up a fucking tree shaking the branches and REE'ing.

TL;DR I believe he's basically publicly spurging at YouTube to fix an in-house issue he's having with his own internet set-up that he's too lazy and exceptional to solve on his own, and that he could probably solve with like 5 mouse clicks lol

So his Twitch this month has not been as lucrative as he hoped; this is almost 2 weeks running too his birthday week considering was pretty poor for viewership and tipping subs is a different beast for Phil because he is so close to circling the drain it just gives his Twitch paypacket a slight boost. If you look at his Youtube his viewership is slowly dipping month by month. Its pretty much death by 1000 for him.

Its funny though post Jan his figures have just been awful all round and considering his living style and expenses his on average 4k if that must get depleted fast. I do actually believe him when he says soulmaid only contributes a small amount because I think she is saving up to exit personally.

As April wraps up it has not been kind to Phil at all.

Why do I feel like Kat is enjoying the game a lot more and would have a much better quality of stream?

Phil is also mad salty about Kat having PS4Pro, he wants his paypigs to donate to him along with a 4K TV soooooooooooo badly you can hear him

I don't know how console gaming works. Can they share the game or does this mean that they bought two copies of the game?

Phil bought it digitally, so they either bought their own separately copies or there would only be one person at a time playing the game if they share DSP's account. Given that Phil is streaming both afternoon and evening, and Kat apparently has been playing the game quite a bit, I'd say they each bought their own copies

Now you would ask, "But I thought all their money go straight to the tax and bills, where is the disposable income coming from to buy the 2nd copy?"

welp............

In ten years it would have literally never occurred to me to ever do that

What the fuck?

I think Phil's business class internet is used only for his videos so he can write it off on his taxes. That is why he has two internet lines. One is serious adult work internet and one is to watch wrasslin.

He actually said that buying a video game is "paying a licensing fee". The way he spins things in his head is so weird. Also him talking about double dipping is hilarious given his pateron goal.

I think he is getting confused from reading the EULAs or something. Pretty much companies are telling you that you don't own the game, but rather a license to play the game. Just legal talk to keep someone from thinking they own the rights to the game just because they bought a copy.

I don't know how console gaming works. Can they share the game or does this mean that they bought two copies of the game?

PS4 has a janky way to share games on different user accounts. Person A says Playstation B is their primary system while playing on their Playstation A. Person B says Playstation A is their primary system while playing on Playstation B. So Playstation B thinks that person B is playing it, even if they are using person A's account, so it will allow access to all of the games on person B's account and vice versa.

He's trying so hard to come up with reasons right now as to why nobody's showing up

Which is normally a death sentence for an entertainer. Moaning about his views or money.
You. Don't. Do. That. Ever.
It's like using the argument "But Hitler does": It instantly kills the argument.
And people who moan kill the fun and it doesn't feel good to watch the stream.
And Phil complains for years, so... yeah.

I thought it was established a while back that YouTube doesn't mute any uploaded video

There is something to learn every day. Apparently Youtube can mute a video, huh, I also didn't know that. However it depends on the copyright holder. I also have one or two videos with copyrighted music and the video "just" got blocked in several countries and I can't make money with it.

  • Music
  • Prestream
  • Piss/Shit
  • Gameplay
  • Piss/Shit
  • Gameplay
  • (Occasionally) Last call for "participation"
  • (Occasionally) His thoughts on how sufficient "participation" has been
So basically everything in between the first and last point is "Piss/Shit" :stress:

But Senior Pineapple is aware that popularity on Twitch is not imprinted in the genes? That it's no disability? That maybe, just maybe, DSP isn't huge on Twitch because he's human garbage? That is has nothing to do with the game he plays? Is this still fine and acceptable?

So his Twitch this month has not been as lucrative as he hoped
He was at $3124.24 on Twitch as of the end of the 19th- projecting out for another 11 days that's $4933.01, if things don't change he'll get around $755.64 on Patreon on May 1st, and the YouTube views he's had for the past 30 days (not necessarily the same as a 30-day projection based on numbers from April 1st through 21st, but I'm not going to put that much effort into this) would probably net him $1400 from there.

That's still $7088.65, which I think is basically average. If you ignore December and January (this is just based on quick number grabs so it's not exact) his average is $7750.

Said it before but talking Phil's money is strange because it is always more then he should get and barely enough for him to keep going, if you believe all the debt problems anyway. Also he only gets his tip money right away while bits take 30-45 days, pretty sure sub money is held back as well.

So if someone really wanted to get autistic about it the could add current month tips, the Patreon money he recieved on the first, last months bits/subs, and last months Youtube estimate to get an idea of how much Phil has to spend for the current month. I'll add this is coming from memory so if this is all wrong I apologies in advance.

If this is what he is doing, he is even more retarded than I thought.

His subs being over 450 is like water injected chicken, as soon as the month is over, all the leakage starts, does he notunderstand that these gifted subs mean absolutely nothing in terms of stability? Aint nobody subbing after the gift runs out and he will be lingering around 410-420..., its not healthy for his stream with this forced inflation, its almost like patching holes in a sinkkng ship with bandaids but he has the wood and nails there to fix it.

It baffles me because he has the tools but wont use them, bum.

I don't know if it's the same on PlayStation, but on Xbox you can designate the console of the person you want to game share with as the 'home console'. This let's them have access to your entire digital library without needing to be signed in to your account. The only catch is that you won't be able to play offline on your own system. You can also use this to play a coop/mp game with the person your game sharing with without buying a second copy. This also works with Windows 10, ex: My brothers brother's Xbox one is designated as my home console, so I was able to buy a single copy of Gears 4 and play it with him across Xbox and PC.
