Which is a false dilemma that people who are too lazy to output even the most minimal of effort or willpower use.

You can always lose weight. At any weight. Even if you're too heavy to be able to walk, you can always cut your calorie intake and start doing exercises from an immobile position. Moving your arms still burns calories. Moving your legs even if it's not moving the rest of you still burns calories. This dude isn't even that bad, he can clearly still walk, and you can lose pounds just fucking walking and with a little bit of monitoring your diet... no fast food, no microwave food, no canned food (unless it's low sodium/sodium free). He's just too fucking lazy, and the surgery wouldn't actually help him because it won't fix lazy.

what WOR doesn't understand is, if he doesn't prepare his body before the ""surgery"" it will probably shutdown because it's used to whatever the fuck he does, it will be a drastic change to his body and he will not get used to it, he can't simply sheer away 150~ lbs of fat in a surgery and not do maintenance afterwards...I feel like he will still do nothing about his appearance and personality, even after Jim's video, and he will use that video just to gather more e-fame for e-begging

Poor grandma.
If he ever gets that surgery he'll probably put that weight back on again. It won't solve his problems because, like they said, he's a coward. He won't spend more time walking due to the weight loss because he's so used to being a recluse that venturing out of his room would be daunting, so he'll keep up old habits doing the same shit he did before, put the weight back on again. It doesn't sound like he's too concerned about his health either, not surprising considering his shape, but not being able to take a proper shit or getting that horrible-sounding staph infection should be a wakeup call for anyone who seriously respects themselves.

People who get that ziptie surgery lose some weight but they look the same. You need to make actual diet changes to really lose weight. Getting a ziptie to your gut or getting a tummy tuck or liposuction is not going to magically fix the problem.

I mean even if the surgery magically made him skinny and fit, he still wouldn't do shit with his life. That's ridiculously obvious from the way he talks and the stories people who know him tell. He'd just have an easier time walking over to pick up his controllers after throwing a tantrum.

Because the weight is one excuse he uses but it's actually one of many. It's one of his defining traits... and a defining trait of most lolcows... that he is completely incapable of taking responsibility for his own actions or taking the initiative to change his life. His other excuses are always that people are trolling him, or his friends and family aren't supporting him enough, or he was set up to fail, or wtfever, and those wouldn't change if he was thin.

That surgerry is a dead sentence. I hope to whatever god there is he aint doing it in this state and with his mind set.

You rember the fact that his doctor gave him a diet to folow?That is to test his self control ,because after the surgery they will give him diet to folow. That diet should make him lose a certain number of killograms.If he is unable to folow it then the medic wont risk his reputation and Wings life. The risk that exists is if he gains the weight back after the operation, is that the stitches for his operation may break.

Oh god. I hope he aint doing it. He already said he failed the diet test here in America. That is why he has to go to Mexic.

Jim's appearance on that podcast was very informative. The guy had his grandmother stick a finger up his ass to break up the shit to save him from getting killed by a giant turd. Truly something incomprehensible to me.

Strange how they never discuss how he apparently doesn't chew any of his food. Seems like something that'd be relevant to the shitting story.
