Not too long ago when he first appeared, he made this drawn out production of him subscribing. Cheer: Should I subscribe? Cheer: OK I think I will. Cheer: How do you subscribe? Cheer: Is this how you subscribe? And so on. DSP actually sighed answering one of these as this went on. It's possible he may have become insufferable, or wandered off when he didn't get the attention he was paying for.

I think he's going to get away with this zealotry. It's coming amidst the biting decline of Phil's Twitch career, when the loss of potential fans driven away will be confused in panic with the overall entropy. All secluded within Queen Swagginz' own court, where Phil has no care to intervene.

Anyway... on the other side of the street, another beggar gives himself a challenge and played Dad of War on the HARDEST DIFFICULTY. Unlike dsp, he did not give up after first death and although he did not get far, I BET IT WAS A 100 TIMES MORE ENTERTAINING. Here is a highlight of it.

I believe, just by upping the difficulty and play games on hard would help him... probably not much, but it would made his streams just a tiny bit better. After all, its the sucking and raging people watch them.

Ok conspiracy time... Birthday cake dat shit was store bought he let slip and people cottoned on fast. Birthday appearance said Kat was tired n shit even though she had the day off. Pay attention he keeps letting slip she is at home on days he said she was working which we know is Monday - Thursday. He said for example 2 fridays back and on his birthday that Kat was not in when she has a day off.

One cannot buy a cake in a household baking pan. It is, in a sense, 'bought' as it is a Betty Crocker boxed cake mix recipe topped with "custom" CoolWhip frosting and mini peanut butter cups. She 'made' this cake by adding oil, water and eggs to a boxed cake mix and putting it in the oven.

2) Anyone who doesn't work M-F is working a 'flexible schedule' ie, The Service Industry: retail/restaurant/bank. I do not know of any jobs besides these that will allow a transfer to another State without a 'regular 40hr work week' (M-F, Sun-H if they do business in Europe or T-Sat for Asian though the hours would reflect this as well as per Time Zones ). Thus, she may not always have F-Sun off. Having three days off is also predicative of a 'Part-Time' job seeing as she doesn't work 12hr shifts. I could be incorrect in this, but I do not know of any business that is closed F-Sun.

I think phil is really burnt out. He is open about it being all about the money. And he says he don't want to be a full time entertainer. He even sort of kills his long going DSP tries it series. And it seems like the soulmaid is bein worn out, or maybe is already at this point. So what is left is only a man that is not going to be entertaining. Who feels miserable that will only do things if he gets money for it.
Editing videos isn't worth it. Making entertainment isn't worth it. (unless as a monetary goal) Who wants to watch a bitter and salty e-beggear that complains about being old. If his streams isn't supposed to be entertainment. Then what is the purpose? Yeah I guess 122cassthe end is near for phil. He doesn't have the will to put in the work, but still expects the rewards. I almost feel sorry for him being this delusional.

DSP says he 'changed his focus to Streaming', but he hasn't. He streams for the most part as he always has aside from reading out Tips/Cheers/Subs which didn't exists back when he started streaming. DSP started streaming all his gameplay after he discovered that he could get in-game help in real time ( aka Hand Holding ) by doing so and never looked back. It was never 'fan service'. It was Ego protection. The
ONLY time DSP played games in an echo chamber' was before he started streaming and we know from his own words that he used guides, looked things up on YouTube ad asked folks ( Seamus from The Creatures, aka SSoHPKC, being one that I remember him mentioning giving him help during a game he was playing ). Prestreams end and he 'intros' his YouTube vid. He still starts and stops OBS recording so he can spam upload without having to physically do the editing cuts for his YouTube videos later in post production ( LoL, sorry. Post production for DSP is copy-pasta-ing Tags and typing in a title. ). DSP doesn't understand how streaming has changed and continues to do what he has done in the past. It is Camera-to-Direct Capture all over again. Doing shout-outs does not make one 'A Streamer'. Personality or knowledge makes most folks follow and continue to watch the person for one or both after happening across them based on a particular game or word of mouth that brought them to the stream in the first place. DSP might actually do Better going back to his ORIGINAL formula. Countless streamers who post YouTube vids do not do shout-outs and many streamers have rules against Spoilers/Backseat Gaming ( aka Hand Holding). DSP's main draw after Let'sPlays became more prevalent was his EPIC Failures. Enter 'Chat-Plays *insert game name* and his popularity started to wan.

I suspect part of the reason those who mock him has fallen is because Phil has such a low standard of output they have to do nothing to actually add to it/laugh at it. As the mocking content gets worse, less people will find some sort interest in Phil. They're going to both sink to the lowest they can until both sides are completely deplete day but still competing.
Those who mock Phil try to suggest they're a moral authority over him without fail, and Phil tries to take the high ground over those who mock him by apparently paying it no mind. This is perhaps more signaling towards the end times.

I was a bit letdown by the latest Vault Boy, albeit there was some good salty USF2 in the 2nd half. However, the "rage" from the GoW playthrough was really just one death to a boss then 8 minutes of real-time DSP which is just snore-inducing. IMO there's no reason to do TIHYDP of the latest playthroughs because 90% of the footage is just slow, plodding, spam 1 attack, no commentary boredom. DaButthead just released a Heavy Rain revisited TIHYDP a week ago and it's only at 1.5k views. Which is probably more than Philbert got on the "redemption run" but I digress.

Idk, if it were me I'd be keeping my powder dry until the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection comes out.

With his subs sitting at 438 (with a few major drops offs on the horizon as well), and his streams barely staying afloat because of a handful paypigs who simply can’t sustain their level of support for long (looking at you Princess Swagginz), and obvious viewbots, I can’t help but wonder what is going through his head.

His Patreon has seen a slight increase to $740 but it has still fallen off big time. How long can these people stay pledged when they get nothing in return?

His psyche is becoming more and more unhinged as the days go by. He is very easily agitated now at mere mentions of Kat which is odd. His lies and deflections and exscuses are at an all time high. His health seems to be degrading rapidly.

This might be his final wake up call that he needs to make changes. We all know how lucky he is when it comes to surviving longer than he should, but luck doesn’t last forever when your bills and debt continues to grow.

Theory: perhaps he is trying to hold on long enough for the value on his Renton property to grow even more to where he could sell it and use the gained funds to try to clear himself of all his debt? It’s a shot in the dark theory though. That property has already seen something like 60-80k value increase since he bought it.

If the start of 2018 is a sign of things to come for the rest of the year, then Phil won't be able to stay in the house long enough to make good on any more potential value increase. Besides, i'd wager that even if selling his Renton house could solve all his debt right now, he still wouldn't do it because then he'd be forced to move back to CT. Nobody is gonna be "jealous" of DSP if he has to move back to CT - he needs the Renton house to convince people that detractors are simply jealous of his success and in no way is his online infamy self-inflicted.

Though, with his lack of upkeep, maintenance, and upgrades, his estimated value is inflated. Add in the leak that was never properly investigated (drywall cut and tested for mold which he never did), and the house value has a chance of plummeting.

Mold inside the walls of a house is like rust on a classic car: a cancer that hurts the value big time.

Well, Dave's current frustration (making shit up with his polls, whining about low views, thinking of quitting the game) sounds like cute little birds in my ears. Isn't it nice to see when assholes voluntarily jump into their demise? There was nothing we needed to do, just being Phil is more than enough. It's kinda like Narcissa Wright all over again: As soon as she/he streams and speedruns Breath of the Wild, her/his former glory will return! NOPE, it doesn't work like that, fellows.

I can understand the situation. We humans strive for easy but very effective solutions. There must be this one secret method to achieve everything we want, right? Well, yes, sometimes. But the difficulty lies in search & find. These lolcows can't reflect their actions so they seek for the wrong solution. People like Phil are basically very confused foresters who live in a deep dark forest, who put down saplings and wonder why the forest gets bigger and denser and why they can't find a way out. So instead of stopping their afforest or using GPS or chop down the trees, they dig a very big hole in hope they can be seen from the famous ISS.

You reap what you sow. It's not possible to argue the bad crop away. One game changes nothing. It's a good tomato under a pile of rotten fruits. Nobody wants to eat that tomato.

So all I wanted to say is: Good.
God of War changes nothing. If this isn't a wake up call, he will be stuck in this hole forever.

Not to mention a housing correction is due in next 2 years for places like Washington and California. When market crashes and the value goes to even or below that will crush him. He doesn't ever think or plan for the future.
