I love it when chat screams at him, then he complains about not knowing anything about what they told him, and then he just stares until they tell him what to do.

He currently has a blood starved beast glitched out on some rocks and he has been dancing around it, too scared to attack it for at least 5 full minutes.
If I'm not mistaken, the DLC common enemy version is not even the same strength as the early, easy boss, and they definitely don't have the same abilities.
I assume he's stalling because he's scared of Ludwig and this means he'll be able to cut stream instead of going in to fight him today. Chat is screaming at him. Quality gameplay.
EDIT: Phil missed a shortcut and his chat started yelling that at him well after.
"There is no short cut! 'It's way back the-' WELL THEN WH... uggghhh... "
Then he cut himself off. He was about to yell at the chat for not telling him sooner. Fucking cucks need to get their shit together and help him sooner.
He's about to challenge Ludwig again. In case anyone doesn't know, the first boss of the DLC is reportedly pretty tough, and Phil died to him about 80 times before he gave up.

The funny thing is that he could have summoned. I know people rip on him for summoning and just letting everyone kill the boss for him but hey you know what? That's a legit thing you can do in the game. It might be lame and he has to think about entertaining his audience but I wouldn't begrudge someone for doing it. And in the case of Ludwig and a few choice DLC bosses in Souls 3 it's perfectly acceptable to summon.
He will never figure it out. But luckily, chat will tell him.How long will it take for him to figure out the blood dripping from the ceiling is the tell for Ludwig's drop attack?
