Liberal logic.

It's always my favorite when people who are clearly Trump supporters use the "I'm an Independent" or "I'm a Libertarian" to describe themselves. In Rusty's case, he doesn't have any clue about what he actually believes or what policies he endorses or, shit, in the case of this post the fact that DT's goons literally stole medical documents and our legal genius thinks that's perfectly fine and only "liberal logic" and not legal logic makes it wrong. It's not "liberal logic" to understand that without a release for that HIPAA does not allow medical records to be given to random fucking people with no written authority or permission who say they're doing it for the president. I love that a "Libertarian" thinks it's totally cool to walk into a private practice and steal it's property. Yes, the records were DT's and it's perfectly fine to ask for them like a normal fucking person. It's not OK to send goons in to just walk in and take them. Think of the precedent that sets. Any rando could walk in and take your medical records and just say it's cool because so and so gave me permission, trust me. Rusty, you pile of contradictory shit. You are a Trumpster fire and it's time to admit it and be OK with it. You aren't fooling anyone.

Russ doesn't have the ability to understand any political issue, let alone have an informed opinion on one. The only reason Russ admires Trump is because of Trump's persona. Donald Trump is a fellow narcissist, and he is without a doubt the single most successful narcissist in human history. He became the most talked about person on Earth well before he won the election, and this is primarily because Trump's haters (Baldwin, Colbert, Oliver, etc.) cannot shut the fuck up about Trump, ever. To Trump, any publicity is good publicity. Donald lives for attention, and causing outrage with ridiculous tweets will ALWAYS get him the very attention he so craves. If SNL and late night TV hosts actually stopped talking about and bashing Trump for a single evening, Donald would throw an absolute fit.

All of that is precisely what Russ would like to be and have. Russ despises getting a single or handful of laughs on his social media posts, but if he got tens of thousands, if everyone in the country were talking about Russ, for good or ill, he'd love it. Russ would love to have twitter "feuds" with big name celebs. He'd love to be this hugely divisive, controversial figure that the nation can never stop talking about, because that would mean TV appearances, book deals, and major headlines. But almost no one reacts to Russ on social media anymore. Taylor Swift herself will never know he even exists, let alone feud with him publicly. He takes no pleasure in us Kiwis and our brothers and sisters at Reddit mocking him, because it's on such a small scale that it reinforces how he doesn't actually matter to anyone. So Russ looks up to Trump as a narcissistic role model, hoping to one day be just like him.

TLDR, Trump is the world's most successful narcissist, Russell Greer is the least.

I sometimes think that the reason he doesn't post here is because he knows, on some level, that we would pop his "I'm a legal genius" bubble everyday unlike real judges who only do it every couple months.
I think it's just because he isn't allowed to control the conversation by deleting or editing posts here. He's an absolute control freak and he does everything he can think of to avoid being reminded that he is not superior to everyone else in the room.

I mean I don't understand why you'd want to post on a place where people only want to scream in your face how dumb and useless you are. I'm not well versed in KF history but it seems like the only cows who have posted are trying to defend themselves. In Russ' head, there's nothing to defend. We're the idiots.
Oh, we're definitely the idiots. No question, but it does bother him or else he wouldn't reeeeeeee on SM and every legal filing about us. I think he just knows he'd have his totally smoking hot, fit 9/10 ass handed to him if he tried.

Not sure if its still ok to post articles concerning TS without Russell component, but imagine, if you will, that this gains traction and not only does TS meet the girl, but invites her to an upcoming concert when she is better, backstage, the whole deal! A concert which Russell does not want to happen as per his lawsuit.

Given the potential for Russell to lose his shit, and the fact that it would be great for this little girl, I am very hopeful that this does happen!

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - An eight-year-old girl is still in the hospital, after an explosion badly burned her.

After several surgeries, the girl has been placed in a medically-induced coma. While she is recovering, she is sad she will miss the upcoming Taylor Swift concert, scheduled to take place on May 8 at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale.

"She's very homesick," said Lilly McCune, Isabella's mother. "After six-and-a-half weeks, she is so desperate to go home."

McCune says it has been a tough road for her daughter, who suffered burns on over 50% of her body, during a backyard barbecue accident on St. Patrick's Day.

"She is in pain every day, every minute of every day, and that is the most difficult part for us to see," said McCune.

Through all of that excruciating pain, however, Isabella manages to get through every single day with a smile on her face.

"She said you never know who is walking by the room and looking at me, and maybe they are having a worse day than I am, so I want to encourage them and let them know that it's OK," said McCune.

There are two things that help Isabella get through the day.

"She is very artistic, and so she loves to do arts and crafts, and she has been painting," said McCune.

In addition, Isabella finds comfort in the music of Taylor Swift.

"She finds comfort in Taylor's music, and nurses have been very kind to put a boombox in her dressing change room, and she jams to the music," said McCune.

Now, there is an ongoing online social media push to try and get the singer to pay the girl a special visit.

Regarding the injunction Russhole wants to file against Taylor Swift's whole tour... per his last Facebook post where he copied part of his email to "Taylor's people", he STILL hasn't formally served Swift with the lawsuit. IANAL, but I don't think a judge can even consider his injunction request until after the other party has been served with said request. It'll be hilarious if he continues to fail to find a process server until after Tay-Tay's tour starts in a week.

You can file ex parte, which means without serving it upon the other party, and that's filed in certain circumstances, but I don't recall Russ asking for permission to file ex parte anywhere and even he did there's no grounds for the judge to allow it. So he's likely not going to effectuate service until after the tour starts, at which point is injunction will be moot anyway. Great lawyering by this guy, as usual.

It hasn't stopped other 'legal minds' like Skylar Ittner from posting on their threads about how wrong and stupid we are (and how more wise and intelligent they are). Usually ends well.

I don't know how much he really thinks we're idiots as he built us up in his own story to be a collective of master hackers that can, on a whim, infiltrate the power grid and fuck up computers all around him at work. Of course it's hard to tell when Russ is lying or just dumb.

Wouldn't that be like us feeling jealousy towards a dung beetle?

It would be more like being jealous of a 5 year old with ambitions to become an astronaut, except some kids actually have a chance of becoming successful later in life. Ambitions alone don't mean shit when you're stupid, untalented or lazy and talk is cheap.

With his non-existent skills for every career he wants to work in, he'll be a famous songwriter when Lucas Werner gets a 18 year old girlfriend. So never.

Russmans antics are stupid and stalkerish but not really all *that* creepy yet. They'll get increasingly more creepy when he's about Lucas' age (and older) and still obsessing over whatever young female popstars and instagram/whatever-will-be-instagram-then girls will be en vogue then. He won't have moved forward in life either and he'll still be trying "to make it in the music business" although you could argue he's already too old for that now. (if he had any talent, that is) It'll just get more and more insane, creepy and sad. He's the best he'll ever be every new day. It's all just downwards from then on for him.

To be fair, Mark Gormely has seen some success in the music business, and he's twice Rusty's age. Then again, he has that power stance working for him along with a very humble attitude towards his fame.

I have never understood how a person can be jealous of someone else’s ambitions. What the hell does that even mean? I am jealous of his desire to become a famous musician. Like, I am unable to have that desire for myself?

“Aww, man, I wish I wanted to be a famous pop song writer”

That doesn’t make any sense!
