Watching that video I kept asking myself "When is he gonna throw a jab at Josh?"... and I was not disappointed. It's like I said a while back, Lilly is a jilted ex that's gone full yandere on Josh. Also it's hilarious hearing him go on about "putting on your big kid pants and get better" when met with harsh criticism when he does the exact opposite. At this point it's like he's just talking about his ass just to get a video or two out to please the patreon people.

Now, I'm going to say this: Josh did indeed over-exagerated the "My terms, my rules" on the call a bit but he had every right to do so, seeing as Jerry already betrayed that trust once in the past. But this C&D order was never about those D&D videos, it was about the fact that Jerry never shuts up about Josh.
That's a perfect way of not alienating people who should be taking a message.

Sure! If your intention of representing these diverse characters rely on stereotypes! Part of the reason most writing advice includes "write what you know" because there's a good chance that writing what you don't understand might actually insult a hell of a lot of people. See: all of Dobson's strawmen, the disconnect between games journalists, their audience and the games they play or why the politics and strategy in the WarCraft series is actually really fucking dumb (a millennia old strategist who sees humans and orcs attack demons with higher priority than her Night Elves who attacked them too? Clearly a greater enemy! Malfurion being told by a psycho that his beloved died to give them a chance to get at the psycho's target? Clearly, the psycho is the most honest person in the room! Giving a dishonest jackass of a warchief a chance to do an honor duel? Whoops, turns out their weapon is poisoned whoda thunk). Hell, one of Lily's "idols" and sources of plagarism, Yahtzee did a decent enough job showcasing anxiety because he himself has it, letting that experience sink into the anxious character Trillby's behaviors in the Chzo Mythos. Obviously, you can't just write about one subject or topic, but that's what further research is for.
Thing is, writers have to do a hell of a lot of research and fact checking to ensure they're not pulling shit out of their ass or being insulting with their work (not that some vultures give a shit about what their research may find). Without research into the subcultures and cultures that make up who you're representing, you can come off as creating characters who are all racially, sexually and LGBT diverse... but all sound like straight, cis white men in spite of it all. Or you create stereotypes.
So Lily talks out of her ass about writing, and it's clear that she has NEVER written anything further than Stockholm where most of the characters were already established.

To be fair, if someone in High School unironically tried to convince me that they were agender, I'd laugh right in their face, pat their head, and tell them to meet me in two weeks when they were done begging for attention. If they tried to assault me, well, that'd be on them.

Here’s what I would say if Jerry was ever consistent with his morals and values:

Wanted to point out that IF there are pictures of Jerry being molested by a pedophile or other such things that this thread would've already shown them and laughed at how petty they were. But the previous post already hammered in that point.
Maybe one other thing I can say about this Jerry dick-sucker is that he didn't even have the guts to credit Josh in this, not even in the tags as he misspelled his name "joshscourcher". One little thing that DA sucks at is that only the person that is being harassed, can send a report directly to the DA staff, so figures that he cowards out and doesn't bring attention directly to him by not mentioning the owner of the OC.
I'm pretty sure this fully disproves Lily's narrative about Josh's harassment. A checklist:

I saw his legend of Korra review, here and there I saw some signs of SJWism but nothing really that bad.

I don't remember when it was but I scrolled back to January just to find some example and found a good one.
The thing I love about Jerry is how he often, effortlessly, and, if I'm being optimistic, intentionally proves his opposition right.

It's equatable to Derpibooru sharing a long post from Jerry and just saying that he simply "missed the point".
None of what I read there seemed objectionable, and that's not my bias speaking. The only reason Toonkritic is still relevant is because Jerry wants him to be relevant, because he's a necessary part of his current crusade to behead Josh. He evidently doesn't care about any of the victims, because he's using them as a weapon (Think of the victims you're harming!") and a shield ("I'm just trying to protect the victims/children, don't criticize me!") while simultaneously denying people like segasister (and presumably anyone else on her side) their agency.

The first paragraph here is laughable because they seemed to have misunderstood the whole idea of Jerry having a "hate boner" for Josh. Josh wasn't the one posting about Jerry nearly every day for the past two years, defaming him or calling him a Nazi. That was all Jerry.
As for the second and third paragraphs, I've said this before, and I'll say it again - Patch telling Jerry not to make any of the stuff with Toon is not an excuse. I'm lazy af so here are my quotes because inconsistent lolcow means I don't have to change my arguments, or something.
Also, the little note that Patch told Jerry to keep everything secret doesn't cut it, because I'm sure Jerry would've been stubborn about it, given that he would have had a chance to expose someone who's been a frequent detractor of his as a pedophile/sex offender. Josh pointed the same thing out, Jerry agreed to keeping everything about Toon under wraps. The excuse that he wouldn't have wanted to trust a secondhand source won't cut it either, and this post should tell you exactly why.
See, here's the other thing. Jerry has a platform. Jerry is (debatably) influential. And Jerry had an opportunity to take this pedophile (who also happened to be a detractor of his) down handed to him on a golden platter. If Jerry "tried to" go public with the information (something that directly contradicts what Patch said, that Jerry posted censored screenshots), as he explicitly states, then why were none of his fans aware? I imagine this kind of thing would, at the very least, come up in his Patron Discord server, so why wasn't it spread around by any of those guys? I'll reiterate the points I made earlier, why would Jerry agree to keep secret about a sex offender? Jerry has trusted secondhand sources before, especially people who have talked shit about those he doesn't like, and he's not above spreading rumors (even false ones) about people who talk shit about him. So the burden is once again on him; Why didn't he do anything?
To be fair though, and with the benefit of hindsight, who would listen to Jerry? lol. Even if nobody did listen to Jerry, if he does present evidence, and someone like Segasister, who hates Jerry, comes out and corroborates the story that they were harassed by Toon, then I imagine more people would think "okay shit maybe something is going on here"
In fact, leaking all of that shit probably would have given Jerry points within the brony community, making him more respectable. But Jerry loves being a victim, so...
Someone mentioned this in a reply to that post, but the 15 year old whistle-blower apparently didn't want any of their stuff leaked either. It's okay when Jerry decides to keep it under wraps, but when Josh's circle tries to keep it from getting out, he's a terrible person?
