His claim is our freedom of speech ends when it turns to hatespeach or harassment. Excluding the weeners, KF just documents (I think, I don't venture outside this thread). Russ isn't exactly great with law though. Everything he's ever read or learned is interpreted to how it serves or should serve him.

So the people who are harassing Russell are not from here, and if they are then the weening is not with Kiwi's knowledge or endorsement.

EDIT: It's a little different when it comes to people who have had past or present interaction with the cows. But even then, we aren't trying to get those people to harass the cows - we just want field research accounts of what the cow is like in real life. It’s just fun to watch someone lie so deeply and profoundly thinking they are saving face.

No legit lawyer would ever touch his “case”, and no shyster lawyer would touch it without a hefty retainer. A retainer which would make the hookers Russ can’t afford look cheap in comparison. The shyster lawyer doesn’t think Russ has any case either but just thinks “why not take this dumb prick’s money.”

He changed his tune fast, as even in his fee waiver request he said he was looking for a lawyer that was willing to work within his budget. So you are correct he doesn't have the money to pay that's necessary for any lawyer to want to take the case

How did the "slander" hurt him? It was not even insulting . Russ is the only person who cares what Taylor Swift may have said about him through a lawyer . No one has thought highly of Russ then heard the "slander" and then thought poorly of Russ .

By his own admission, his ability to work as a paralegal was hampered due to his actions . He was scolded by his dean because he was obsessed with "wooing" Taylor Swift . He was fired because he filed law suits against celebrities He could have just stopped doing the stuff that made employers uncomfortable if he wanted to keep working as a paralegal. What Taylor said during his trial had nothing to do with him ever losing a job or having a poor reputation .

Russ is one of the most interesting stalkers I’ve heard of. If he does something horrible, dibs on writing the book!

Make no mistake, he’s a legit stalker, even though he’s not peeping in windows and following TS around. Of course, he HAS harassed the family via phone, mail, and through their employees.

Most stalkers think they have a relationship with their victim (which is why you should never, never acknowledge them) and the agents who so kindly called Russ back (after no doubt putting up with dozens of slurring, spitting messages) made an error that set him afire. Now Russ will never let it go-he believes Taylor knows all about him and what he does. It gives him a feeling of recognition and being close to Taylor. If he can’t have acceptance, which he’s never had, he’ll take anything, just to feel a teeny bit like he’s important.

Most stalkers stick with a Love Quest until they realize it’s not happening and they’ve been rejected, and then they get mad at that rejection and escalate. Russ’s love quest started when he was in jail and continued through his two years of writing his shitty song but it’s all revenge now. I don’t think it was a traditional quest, despite the red dress and footie fantasy. I think he wanted more than her, he wanted to be part of her world, write music, be in and accepted with Taylor, AND everybody “in the biz.”

His escalation though, is mostly imaginary. He isn’t going to ever file that complaint against her, and if he did it’d go straight to the shredder. So all he’s left with is impotent posts on her Facebook and his imagination that he can hurt her, ruin her tour or whatever.

We all wonder what happens when he doesn’t have the courts as an outlet. For now, he can rage about Taylor and find a new hooker or a business to sue. But it won’t get him near the fame and acceptance he wants, and I hope I’m here to see what he does when his only outlet for anger is gone. Maybe he’ll be fine just reeeing on Facebook and writing books about how he was wronged. But I’m not sure, I think he needs more.

I’m going to SLC in the near future, and I so badly want to see this guy in a coffee shop or something. I wouldn’t talk to him or say anything, but I wanna see him with my own eyes, ya know? Like if you go to Africa, you want to see the giraffes!l in their native habitat. I know it won’t happen but it’d be super fun to be walking and stop for coffee and...there is is!
