I've never found interest in places like these, or /snow/PULL or any of the meta subreddits (SRD, circlebroke, SRS, etc...). The types of people that infest these places always seem to be the most pathetic types of people; I couldn't imagine honestly visiting a board just to obsess over a person, it seems really, really unhealthy.

What do you think of your fanbase? Do you feel you've cultivated an audience that rather than thinking for themselves, they seem to believe that everyone who doesn't despise social conservatives as deserving of nothing but ridicule and not to be engaged honestly in any capacity?

I'm not going to deny that some people on this site are pathetic and only come to moan about one specific person, but the vast majority of the regulars here just want to laugh at stupid people on the internet. You're not the only person with a thread here after all.

I agree with you to some extent, there are people in these type of threads that just come here to hate and sometimes they are more of a cow than the actual cow we are laughing at but the majority just come here to laugh at exceptional shit on the internet. Well he did get the short end of the stick in life. He needs to take a look at his own shortcomings sometimes and realize there are people who have grown past their lot in life. Only he can size up to the challenges in his life. Perhaps then he can comment on what counts as unhealthy.
