I regularly reply to Twitter people who mention the KF because people in Chat send me links and I just pop off whatever comes to mind. I realized afterwords with this lady she had a much longer history than I imagined.

The first two are I guess a bit reasonable, depending on the severity of the pain. Fibromyalgia is something you can work through, I think? Pain's pretty relative. Synaesthesia and hypermobility (which is just a fancy term for being double-jointed) are things you can talk about/show off at parties, not disabilities. CPTSD, anxiety and depression can all be treated with therapy and medication.

But she refuses to go to therapy, I presume? And lord knows if she takes medication or not.

From helping a family member with this - For disability tugboats it’s not judged on their disabilities but rather how their disabilities affect their day to day lives so it asks questions like ‘Can you walk 20m/50m unaided?’ and ‘Do you need to be accompanied by someone when out and about?’ and each question gives a certain amount of points and if they get enough then they’re eligible for a tugboat, assuming their answers can be correlated with offical medical reports and that kind of thing.
