The way it's written, I believe the cousin's perspective 100%, but I've never seen him elaborate on the Gehr Group and he is still CEO one click from the front page. I don't think the cousin really understood what his uncle does, because it would have to be a fucking amazing hotel to give your kid $4000 a month for nothing and how they tie into my corporate experience.

I think this rambling speech of 60% buzzwords was meant to impress the right kind of person & open doors for him. I mean, it sort of worked for Anthony Burch. It's definitely not an ideal career path, but for all the memes surrounding Anthony Burch he at least made content and built a following on Youtube(mostly through his sister Ashley, you could argue she's the bigger success as a voice actress, but Anthony's been treated more than fairly by Gearbox & Riot), which lead to actual fans, and actual work. Alex never made anything. Which seems to be a pattern with these trust fund kids, they can't make anything on their own. Another, more capable individual would have taken their internship experience and QA testing, and internalized some of the Project Management skills and made their own game, or teamed up with some friends online to make a game. Alex expected to be handed a position for parroting the right words. He and Chelsea deserved each other, useless fucks.
