Okay, can you imagine what the circumstancest around this actually look like if Kat DOES still exist? If she was stressed out and was expecting a legit 4 day 'staycation', just relaxing, maybe going out to do a few fun things for the first time in a while? And what do you get? Phil tweeting, modding an inactive stream chat, probably already broaching the subject of making an emergency 'clarification' video? I mean, they're supposed to be, as HE promised in a tweet not two days ago, UNPLUGGED and just living their allegedly fun life.

Nah. Instead, dude is gonna spend this entire day, running from every social corner of the internet he occupies and (most importantly) has the ability to control, and, in a mad panic, attempt to scrub any and all negative reference to this shit storm. Some guy with four Twitter followers? GOTTA BLAWK HIM! Some nobody in his Twitch chat with 4 other people? BLAWK!! He seriously can not just ever let something run it's course, he has to try and scrub anything he has the ability to.

What a ridiculous amount of physical and emotional stress to put oneself through. He's gonna be dead by 45, no doubt in my mind. This is among the most unhealthy existences I have ever seen.

His last 2 tweets are such PR and damage control tier apology tweets after seeing his initial apology tweets weren't working, he probably started to catch wind of the scope of the situation. Wouldn't be surprised if Kat typed them up because he didn't know what to type to make it stop.

LOL. Based on what I can see in the raw chat log, Phil IS actually in chat (or has been) banning people. There's a specific line that shows up when Phil does it versus a mod or nightbot (basically lacking certain identifiers), and it's showing up multiple times.

For phil it isnt, when you apologize online you need to either grow a backbone and tell people thats your opinion and stick to it, or apologize and make changes, and we all know phil is incapable of doing any of those 2 things

And of course Phil completely ignores the fact that he's gotten early copies before, and specifically went and cheesed his way into buying an early Japanese copy of Dark Souls 3 for easy money.

It's like Tevin said. He puts on a facade of being "an ordinary gamer, just like you guys!", but wants special treatment. And whenever he doesn't get any, he rages because he thinks he's super important.

So much for "I’ll experience it along with all of you next week. I’m not better than you, so we can all play at official release!", eh Philbert?
