Phail should seriously just delete all his social media. He gets nothing from the 4 likes and maybe 2 retweets he gets on his posts, not to mention nothing but a chorus of "ok"s on his Instagram. That weighed against irreparable damage like this... Well it's not hard to see how little benefit there is to him.

That being said, I hope he never does thanks to days like this.

I wasn't a huge fan of tevin until recently. He's been having a lot of fun streaming and interacting with TIHYDPs, you know, having some fun with his community. AND THEN THIS COMES ALONG.

He's been having a laugh, so have the 400ish people (about on par with phil) in his chat.

I swear, he is his own worst enemy. He sits there, about to hit send on his tweet, thinking: 'this is a well rounded and thought out tweet'

"SO, i know what you guys are thinking, so let's address the elephant in the room, OKAY? *Take a Sip* When I was away, I sent a harmless tweet out condemning people who get advanced review copies of the game and stream it early for profit, and I think that's WRONG! I mean I know I just early streamed Extinction with my advanced early copy not too long ago but hear me out folks, I'm the best, most prolific yootooobers with over 10 years of begacy and more than 50 thahzend free content produced for your entertainment, so who's entitled for advanced cahpies? MEE, REEEEEEEEEEEe, not anyone else, okay? *Bellllllllllch*

But of course these mentally ill detractors spun what i said negatively, out of kahntext, and starting to attack REEEE on twitter, they know i'm a big target and by directing their unreasonable hatred toward me will generate more drama for their views, what a bunch of assholes ackackackack, they pick on me because I have been bullied on the internet for my Acksident for a long time, and they know me very well that I am easy to pick and attack on because everybody knows I cant BLAHK

BTW it seems my twitch sub count has dropped to 375, our monthly goal is still 475 and we can still make it! Anynbody can get a hold of Kula_Ya_Ku for me? That might be our only chance doooood. *Snoooooooooooort*

King_Swagginz just did a 2000 bit cheers and said Phil can I finally say more jokes on your chat? I'll give you 2000 bit per joke if you read them out twice, loudly, without snort in the middle, sure Swagginz do it because I need that money I really do I need that money, to pay my bills............."

The version on XBOX was the American one. And even the PS4 version (which I bought) was only like 70 bucks if you get your cards at the right place.

As others have mentioned, the real reason for this tweet is likley nothing to do with Phil's opinion of others, or how he views himself in the hierarchy of streamers, or anything as complex a thought.

The simple rub is he has to watch others play a game he wants before he gets to, and like a spoiled child is throwing his toys out of a pram over it.

And all this over a zombie action game of all things, as if everyone hadn't gotten sick of those 5 years ago.

Just one small quibble, Phil does not follow any other streamers. I think just the knowledge that other streamers have 1. the game earlier and 2. are much more successful than him is enough to eat at his petty pride that he had to finally lash out.

The whole purpose of the tweet is to trick his small Pr cult into believing he's some honorable guy. The reality is he got Fallout 4 and Dark Souls 3 early. He also played Marvel vs capcom 3 early or "day zero".
 
This is the type of person you're dealing with, everyone. The type who would rather create controversy over creating a community. In his mind, everyone on Twitch is his competition. Everyone who got review codes is hurting Phil's business by proxy because they get unfair advantages like communicating with developers of the games, something Phil refuses to do unless he's bashing them because they created games that have the potential to embarrass Phil in front of his hundreds of viewers.

Phil's not against advanced copies. He's against not being on equal footing with everyone else, despite his bad reputation denying him those opportunities more often than not.

EDIT: Also, "Less of using Twitter to express thoughts in the future.". I'd give that a week, tops. The guy has a monstrous mouth, and can't help but express his caveman opinions as if his ghost town of a follower count gives a damn.
