Because after they were filed, him and 2 moved to Colorado. The trial's been moved *back* to CA for reasons that are a little beyond my research, but they were doing trial proceedings in CO until earlier this year. Also, 2 is still there, and if he's telling the truth about visiting Toast, then he is too.

2Gryphon has joined one of the public AltFurry Telegram chatrooms to voice his incredible shock and dismay over not being banned from FurAffinity during the Great AltFurry Purge. He suspects it is because he is so very popular these days.

Because of this, he now plans to take on Dragoneer personally to end his dictatorship once and for all.

I never saw 2 as someone who's legit Alt-Furry. He seems just like the kind of guy who's sick of Dragoneers shit and ended up in the wrong crowd because of it. At least with my background knowledge of the guy.

Case in point, he's in a discord server ran by a fursecutionist.

Now that the lefty furs have finally figured out that their chatrooms are open to the public on Telegram they are combing everything for ammunition to use. This means we don't have to really lift a finger to log any of that shit myself and I still get to laugh at it all in the end.

He seems to be taking the Eurofurence booting rather well, compared to his "LOL IM NOT MAD UR MAD" response when Anthrocon dropped him (probably because he doesn't feel betrayed by Conway this time around). He seems to be holding on to the hope that they'll rehire him when he reveals his alt-furry master plan, might be some salt if they don't reconsider.
