What's your favourite Chris excuse for wanting money?

My favorite posts are when @Marvin gives context and history into the background of trolling Chris. It's actually really fascinating to learn more about the psychology behind Chris autism, history, and how it shapes his behavior. Are there any trolling plans you wish had succeeded, which failed? Any moments when you were surprised by Chris acting genuinely smart, even for a brief second?
When a ween sent Chris a laptop with spyware installed on it, Chris took it to Best Buy to get the hard drive wiped and the OS reinstalled. Chris cucked some ween out of a free laptop. Haha.
I thought Idea guy didn't give him money. Or was that the initial contact?
When I say "you need to meet Chris IRL to troll him", it has to do specifically with how Chris defended against troll attacks.

Chris didn't stay offline because he carefully analyzed each ween message, determined them to be trolls, and discarded their messages. No, Chris stayed offline because he refused to talk to anyone at all. If they weren't IRL, he just ignored them. It was a simple solution.

When people start paying Chris money, he's forced to at least read the messages. And if Chris is reading messages, and having to make judgement calls, he's going to fuck up sometimes, purely based on sheer numbers.

But Chris isn't even just sitting there, reading all messages in hope they contain money. Chris has learned pretty quickly to tell people to get to the point, and pony up money or fuck off. Not always, but better than you'd think. Of course, then some weens are going to start giving him small amounts of money to delay Chris blocking them. So they get Chris' ear for just a little bit longer, and that little bit might be enough of a window for them to befriend Chris.

If Chris gets 5k messages in a year, even if he's careful enough / greedy enough to successfully wring money out of them, close the deal and then tell them to fuck off, just 1% of them getting past his defenses is 50 potential dumbass troll sagas.

Chris simply can't be exposed to people who aren't significantly invested in not fucking with him. And by "significantly invested", I mean, full dox.
Also, you forgot Jessica, though that was reinforced by fucking YEARS of FB friendship, so to Chris, it was good enough to start it out and eventually meet IRL.
Yeah, Jessica Quinn was a weird case.

And therein lies the catch-22, doesn't it? Chris can't trust people who are just a username/handle anymore, but no one in their right mind would give him (legit) personal info.

Chris has such a well established history of dropping names, often seemingly completely unprovoked, that anyone who knows even the barest about Chris/the bullshit stew of weens and trolls surrounding him and possesses a modicum of foresight can see how being friends with him will end a mile off. He even dropped the ebay name of the (ween) who bought one of the big-ticket items (ring of power iirc). So, how is Chris forming bonds of trust/friendship supposed to work when he feeds names and info to the slavering ween army like tasty, tasty morsels? (I'm legitimately asking, I don't see much of a way out of the corner he's painted himself into personally)

I think you're basing this off of something written on the cwcki. This is not true.

Chris has made a few mistakes, the significance of which have been highly inflated to make fun of Chris.

The information Chris has access to is like an iceberg. Ninety percent of it is hidden and the internet at large is not aware of it.

Edit: For example, most trolls who don't willingly out themselves aren't well documented on the cwcki, or on kf, or really anywhere. Some prominent trolling sagas of the past few years are very murky.

We only know about Idea Guy because he's such a hamfisted tard.

Got any details on this? Any sagas you wish had been documented more, or lead to something more?
The funny stuff came out in the form of videos and content.

But how that stuff came to be is generally lost to the ages.

The most successful trolls don't make twitter accounts and blab about their plans. They get something done and vanish.

It's kinda like how much more mysterious the Ivy saga would've been had we not interviewed her for the Ivy Q&A.

His seller page is still having technical difficulties or something and isn't showing any items for sale.

http://www.ebay.com/sch/pristinechristine1982/m.html?

So it's pretty apparently that his eBay page is messed up. Does anyone.know what would cause this to happen??? Is it something Chris did while he was messing with his seller profile, or is it because he's been reported so many times that eBay decided that instead of banning or suspending him, that any items he lists would now be unlisted by default??

Welp. Either Chris fucked up or someone stole his money.

Could be Seterus's fault. They have a lot of negative reviews, some from people making similar allegations as Chris.

Or maybe it's Lucas Williams pretending to be Seterus. He's done something like that before...

Also, the reason Barb is begging for food money is because she thinks she needs $213.77 for an overdue electric bill. I called claiming to work for Rappahanok and threatened to cut her service if she didn't send $213.77 to rapahannok within 12 days. She said she could pay it on the 3rd, most likely when she gets her tugboat. This proves that they miss bills from time to time.

It could also be that they tried to pay the bill but didn't have enough money I. The bank account, or they mailed a check that ended up bouncing. We don't really know since Chris isn't on the phone with them, Barb it. Chris likes to assume the worst at times.

I wonder how Chris would react if you told him that when he doesn't pay his bills on time, that means someone else at the company to which he owes money might get fired and get kicked out of their house.

I'm sure the thought has never crossed his mind that the financial system affects other people.

It's probably an autism thing, y'know. I bet he treats the system of paying bills as some arbitrary automaton, set up by shadowy nobodys for no purpose other than to be confusing and annoying.

In fairness, a lot of people see their bills that way, especially when dealing with disreputable private entities or inefficient government services -- both of which are abundant in Chris's neck of the woods.

It's Chris and Barb's own fault they got entangled with shysters, but I can understand his anger towards them. Seterus et al are predators who could make the Happy Merchant blush.
